River Terrace is situated on the River Ouse in the heart of St Neots in a quiet residential area of St Neots just off the Market Square. Sitting comfortably on River’s water’s edge overlooking St Neots Marina and the Riverside Park. Set on the riverbank, River Terrace is a peaceful haven away from it all, yet within easy reach of the historic town of St Neots. With three bedrooms, two being at the back of the house overlooking the river. With allocated parking and Virgin Media Broadband.

River Terrace will sleep 4 people in 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with the living room and kitchen on the upper floor. The main bedroom has a king-sized leather bed with bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. This room also has the additional benefits of views over the Marina and River Ouse. Bedroom 2 has a double leather bed with bedside cabinets. Bedroom 3 has a double leather bed bedded room with bedside cabinet and wardrobe and chest of draws. This room also has views over the Marina and River Ouse
The bathroom is also on the ground floor with a large rainfall shower, toilet and hand basin.

The lounge, dining and kitchen are located on the upper floor. The lounge has the additional benefit of overlooking the Marina and the River Ouse. With patio doors leading out to a large balcony with rattan furniture, making full advantage of the views. Why not relax and unwind with a glass of wine or feeding the ducks or fish and enjoying the sunshine. The lounge has a large corner sofa with oak and glass table and chairs. There are a LED smart TV and Virgin Media connection.

The kitchen is also on this floor with an electric oven and hob. There is also a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There are ample kitchen cupboards and workspace.

River Terrace also comes with the added benefits of Virgin Media Fibre Broadband and TV and one allocated parking space in the designated parking area. Our allocated parking spot is on the rights hand side as you pull into the parking. There is NO PARKING ALLOWED in front of the house without prior arrangement.

Fleur and Paul are amazing hosts and their property is beautiful and perfectly located with a great view from the balcony and all the amenities you could want. Paul greeted us and helped with the cases (there were a lot so it which was much appreciated), communication was easy and prompt and we felt really welcomed and at home. Even though the property is near the market square it is incredibly peaceful ,our 11 month baby slept like a dream the whole trip while we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony, perfect! We would thoroughly recommend this property and Fleur and Paul as brilliant hosts. Thank you!

We had a great stay at River Terrace for two nights as a party of 6. The little extra touches on arrival such as a bottle of wine and a cake were really appreciated and all the little things you may need had been thought of. The location was perfect for going to see a show at the priory centre and to take our little girl to the park. She loved feeding the ducks from the balcony and watching the rowers on Sunday morning. Thank you Paul and Fleur for a great stay and a warm welcome.

Very nice couple. Very communicative and very nice of Paul to meet us at the apartment and showed us around. The apartment is well located and with a beautiful view. It’s very comfortable and we ended up spending more time indoors than out.

We loved our stay here so much and wished we could have stayed even longer. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4. The balcony was so wonderful overlooking the marina and we will miss seeing all the swans and cygnets swimming and eating in the brook daily. Everything was very clean. Paul and Fleur were so helpful and responsive to all our needs!
