Westward 14 is a stylish and bright open-plan, single-level apartment, just a short walk to the beach and Polzeath village centre.
Everything you need for a fantastic holiday is available in this light and airy apartment with views from both bedrooms.
Sleeping 4, ideal for a small family, both bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin with additional travel cot available) have lovely open views to catch that sunrise if you are an early riser. It has a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area and a family shower room with a baby bath.
Outdoors is a shower/wetsuit rinse with a drying rail by your door on the front balcony.
Equally important, there is private car parking for 1 vehicle.
The apartment sits mere minutes’ walking distance of Polzeath Beach, one of the finest surfing beaches in Cornwall.
The village has a fantastic chilled out vibe and boasts some great shops ,bars and restaurants.
A great lifeguarded beach, a great place to hone your skills or even take lessons from the beachside surf schools, they all also offer board/ wetsuit hire facilities.
No Pets allowed at our property.

The apartment is on the first floor, there are steps. Once in, the property is all one level.

Lovely apartment, super clean. Catered for everything we needed. Perfect location for travelling around North Cornwall. Will definitely look to book again for a break.
Elspeth & Jason are perfect hosts, communication was fantastic, the flat was perfect for a family, our toddler was very at home there. The flat was complete with high chair, baby bath, travel cot and plastic crockery. Clean and fresh with stylish touches and luxurios bedding made it very relaxing. Super location, very short walk from the amazing sandy / surfing beach with everything on hand. We booked again on our way home!
