Overview

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern caravan offers the perfect family accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children for those who want to enjoy the fabulous beach at Wells and explore the surrounding area. Wells beach offers miles of sandy beach and is completely dog friendly. The site offers a shop, launderette and children's play area and the caravan is very close to the beach and the beach café.

There are so many walks in the area and plenty of places to visit and lots of great places to eat. Choose from fish and chips on the Quay, or one of the may great restaurants and bars in Wells. The pine woods offer miles of beautiful woodlands to walk or take a picnic. You can easily walk to Holkham and enjoy the stunning beach there, or visit Holkham Hall and the superb grounds and summer entertainment on offer.

The caravan has a large, fully enclosed and dog/child friendly decking area. There is comfortable seating/dining for four people and a gas barbeque. The caravan catches the sun from morning to night but there is always a shady place to sit. Inside you will find everything you would expect from a stylish caravan and a very well equipped fitted kitchen. The central heating and hot water runs from the combination gas boiler so the shower will never run cold!

Beautiful caravan, in a fantastic area, 2 mins walk to the beach cafe and the bus in to town/harbour.
Amazing beach, we used the dog friendly side and the lovely walks through the woods.
Caravan has absolutely everything you need. Decking area has lots of furniture to sit out in the sun or the shade.
Communication with the owner was really easy, from booking to contact when at the caravan.
Perfect holiday home, and would definitely recommend 😊

Everything was to a high standard as usual, although the barbecue was left uncleaned by a previous guest, so we did not use it. Lydia responded quickly to our queries about the gas supply and sorted the problem immediately.

We were delighted with the caravan. It was so well equipped inside and out, and equipped with really good quality items in the kitchen and lovely furniture on the veranda. The large veranda wrapped around 2 sides of the caravan, with a range of stylish and comfortable seating which was well utilised throughout different times of the day. A couple of evenings we watched some of the Euro 2022 matches (the Luonesses), the sofa area was very comfortable and the TV was great quality too.

We liked the location of the caravan being at the beach side of the site, it was a quiet location and the site was fairly peaceful as a whole during the busy school summer holidays.

Plenty of wildlife on site, at one point two swans and their seven signets paused for around 15 minutes beside the veranda which was quite a special sight.

We love Wells-Next-the-Sea. We have been staying at Pinewoods for approximately 20 years, this was our second stay in this static. It is clean, very well equipped and in a particularly good location on the site. Lydia been very helpful and quick to respond to any communication. Highly recommended!

Excellent static Home from the inside to the outside. We have just returned from Pinewood holiday park in Wells next the sea staying in a beautiful home from home static home, so much thought has gone into this home making you feel so special when you arrive until you leave, the enclosed balcony with beautiful flowers all around you and excellent comfy furniture for you to laze about and enjoy the excellent weather we are having. The kitchen was so equipped with everything and more that you needed to really enjoy your stay. There was so many extras involved that you needed for nothing except nice weather. We walked and ate and drank and our little schnauzer loved it too We didn’t want to come home and can’t wait to return well done Lydia

Beautifully presented, well positioned and amazingly equipped static holiday home. We had a lovely stay at this Static and having visited Wells many times over the years can easily state this was the best! Just minutes from the pinewoods and beach for walks but still really close to the town for shopping and eating out; though cooking was a pleasure as the kitchen literally had everything you need. Every detail was thought through equipment wise...for instance we visited a nature reserve and so were able to take the 'two' pairs of binoculars provided! We simply can't recommend this static highly enough! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

It was very clean & tidy and had everything you would ever need in a holiday home. Had a great stay weather was brilliant. Wells town was very good with many varied places to eat. Beach was very good and th pinewood walks fantastic.

This property’s best feature is how close it is to Wells beach. It was so easy to just pop to the beach and the kids loved it. They enjoyed swimming in the sea, playing in the sand and collecting shells. We also loved cycling and rowing at Holkham and crabbing in Wells quay. French’s fish and chips were extremely good and there were lots of lovely restaurants and pubs to choose from in Wells. The caravan was beautifully presented and very well maintained with all the facilities we could need. My only comment would be that that WiFi is not very good and that should be made clearer on booking. We all enjoyed a lovely relaxing week by the sea and would definitely go back.
