Two superb luxury self-catering holiday cottages created from the conversion of a traditional agricultural barn on the outskirts of the peaceful village of Ousby in the Eden Valley - an undiscovered part of Cumbria.
The cottages, Corn Rigg Cottage and Rusby Barn (a double Gold Award winner), are nestled below the North Pennines, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A superb location for a peaceful retreat, with stunning open views across the Eden Valley in all directions.
Corn Rigg Cottage - sleeps 2 (one bedroom/one bathroom)
Rusby Barn - sleeps 4 (two bedrooms, both en-suite)
The cottages can be rented separately or together to sleep 6.
Both cottages have a unique style and character, emphasising good taste, luxury, and comfort, yet preserving their rustic atmosphere.
The cottages are heated throughout with underfloor heating and the main living room areas have the added benefit of a wonderful wood burning stove - perfect for those chilly evenings.
Deck chairs and chimeneas are provided in both cottages so that guests can enjoy lazy Summer days soaking up the peace and quiet and beautiful scenery, or balmy evenings gazing up at the spectacular starry skies.
Free WiFi access (Superfast Fibre Broadband) is available in both holiday cottages.
Dogs are also welcome.
