Welcome to a modern three bedroom house, located just a short drive from Orpington High street. The house is 5 minutes drive from Orpington train station and has great transport links to London Victoria, just 25mins by train.

The house boasts its own individual entrance, front and back gardens. Looking straight out to street parking spaces: perfect for those who require easy access.

The first bedroom offers a Double size Bed and three large storage wardrobe for hanging clothes. The room also boasts a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.

The second double bedroom overlooks the garden and has a luggage rack.

All double rooms contain two bedside cabinets with table lamps, luggage rack, extra electrical sockets under the bed, central heating and full length mirrors.

The third bedroom contains a single bed overlooking the quiet main road and has a lamp.

The extra bed is a single folding bed Jay-BE specification bed located in the kitchen walk -in cupboard. The specifications are listed below:

The kitchen contains a diner bar and stools useful for either a working weekend or a leisurely meal.

The modern styled fully functional kitchen includes oven, grill, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All crockery, glassware and utensils are provided. When you arrive, you will find your cupboards stocked with the basic essentials – tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Ironing board, blender, hair dryer and iron is also in the kitchen cupboards.

Washer dryer available to use to part dry clothes regardless of the weather.

The bathroom has a electric power shower and free standing shower mixer tap. All towels and linen are provided. The bathroom is nautical themed and offers two large windows for ventilation.

The house also comes with free wi-fi connection and smart TV in multiple languages.

My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids) and big groups.
