Charlotte-Rose is situated in isolation and solitude in a beautifully tranquil, rural setting yet only minutes from Norwich. The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful North Norfolk beaches are within easy reach for days out. You will find Twin Barn Shepherd’s Huts the perfect place to hide away from the world, rediscover nature and spend time recharging your energy under the big Norfolk skies.
Our beautifully hand crafted, bespoke shepherd's hut offers luxurious boutique accommodation for couples who want peace, quiet and solitude in the stunning countryside of Norfolk. The hut has a comfortable double bed, seating for two, kitchen area, wood burner and en-suite shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided along with a continental breakfast basket.
Our hot tub is also available to supplement your relaxation in the idyllic location.
Other extras include wood and charcoal for a BBQ, local produce for a full English, fizz and flowers by arrangement. A small, well behaved dog is also welcome for an additional fee.
During the winter sensible shoes or boots are a necessity as the field gets wet and muddy. Norfolk is know for its large skies and with no light pollution you will see the stars (and need a torch).

Oliver and I fell in love with this site 6 years ago. We bought it and converted the barns, one to live in and one is Ol's furniture making workshop. The Shepherd's Hut has been handcrafted with love and a keen eye for detail. We have had some amazing stays in properties around the world and hope to provide a great experience for our guests. We live on site so are available when needed, but far enough away so we don't disturb you during your stay.
