Welcome to a modern three-bedroom house, located just a short drive from Bromley Common. The house is 7 minutes drive from Bromley South train station and has great transport links to London Victoria, just 19mins by train.

We also have a professional cleaner to do cleans between guests.***

This modern apartment can be your home away from home when you too visit Kent, the garden of England.

The first bedroom offers a King size Bed and three large storage wardrobe for hanging clothes. The room also boasts a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The bedroom's amazing feature is the ensuite shower and skylight.

The second double bedroom with a skylight and has a luggage rack.

All double rooms contain two bedside cabinets with table lamps, a luggage rack, extra electrical sockets under the bed, central heating, and full-length mirrors at the back of the door.

The third bedroom contains a small double bed, a large wardrobe and has a lamp.

Lounge facilities include one 8 seater L sofa made of leather, small tables, wall-mounted smart/internet television complete with Virgin TV. The lounge is also large enough to contain a dining table with hanging lights.

The kitchen contains a diner bar and stools useful for either a working weekend or a leisurely meal.

The modern styled fully functional kitchen includes an oven, grill, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. All crockery, glassware and utensils are provided. When you arrive, you will find your cupboards stocked with the basic essentials – tea, coffee, sugar, etc. The ironing board, blender, hairdryer, and iron is also in the kitchen cupboards.

Washer dryer available to use to dry clothes regardless of the weather.

The bathroom has a free-standing shower mixer tap. All towels and linen are provided.

The house also comes with a free wi-fi connection and smart TV in multiple languages.

My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
