A comfortable 4 bed townhouse with room for 8 on the edge of a beautiful lake, teeming with wildlife, only 300m from the South Lake Leisure Centre. The price is the same whether 1 or 8 people stay.

Overview

A 4 bed, 2 bath comfortable townhouse with room for 8 adults and two babies. Overlooking the South Lake, guests can take breakfast on the balcony and observe the fabulous wildlife: Great Northern Divers, Pochard, Berwick Swans, Grey Lag Geese and if you're lucky, Otters. A jogging and cycling track circuits the lakes, so you can easily take a closer look.

There is room on the drive for two cars, a lockbox key system to get you in, but be warned - there are an awful lot of stairs as the house is spread over three floors. The house is fully equipped, so you shouldn't need to bring any of the normal essentials. Message me if you need cots left out.

The South Lake Leisure Centre is within walking distance, with its huge indoor pools, gym, dance studios and squash courts and of course, a fabulous cafeteria, with efficient friendly staff.

The house is centrally located for exploring Northern Ireland. The M1 is only 2 miles away and can take you North to the Game of Thrones locations, East to Belfast or West to Fermanagh to explore Cuilcagh Mountain or the Marble Arch Caves. If you prefer to stay nearby and enjoy the local scenary, there is a 3.5 mile track around both lakes which accessible from the front of the house, suitable for walking, jogging or cycling. For those in need of "Retail Therapy" the Rushmere Shopping Centre with all its shops and cafés is only a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk away.

I bought this house in 2005 and never regretted it. It's big, it's warm and comfortable and sits in the very best part of Craigavon. I provide full unlimited internet access, Netflix, Large TVs in most rooms, a balcony which overlooks fantastic scenery and out of the back door, a private garden and patio with Plums, Blackcurrants, Redcurrants, Brambles and Gooseberries all growing in the garden. Out the front, you have lakes, trees, parklands, jogging and cycle tracks and a plethora of wildlife; inclusive of Otters, Great Northern Divers, Berwick Swans, Grey Lag Geese, Pochard, Oyster Catcher and Lapwing. Within walking distance, is the brand new South Lakes Leisure Centre, with it's fantastic Gym Facilities, Pools, Banana Boating and top class Cafeteria. Out the back and out of sight, are Cinemas, Restaurants, the Rushmere Shopping Centre, Airtastic for the kids and if you want to spoil yourself, the M&S Food Supermarket - all within 2 minutes driving distance from the house. I invite you and your family to join us in Craigavon by the Lakes and experience it for yourself. I've certainly never looked back!
