The surround land is flat, which makes it perfect for family holidays and people who don't feel like walking up steep hills, the area is also close to local transport, bars, restaurants, shops and of course the sandy beach of Yalikavak.

The surrounding hills offer unique views over the bay and are ideal for long walks and picnics. A well known walk is to Sandima.
