Located between Kadriye and Belek districts Villa Abel is situated within the quiet tree lined Paradise Town Golf Villa Complex. Fully furnished to a high standard offering luxury, spacious accommodation the villa is the large on the complex boasting over 240 m2 of living space, including a roof top terrace.
A large purpose built terrace wraps around two sides of the property and overlooks the villas private swimming pool which measures 8 m in length and offers guests a secluded and serene oasis of tranquillity.
The villa has 4 bedrooms including a master en suite, a family ensuite and en suite shower room as well as a large family bathroom and ground floor wc. The ground floor offers a spacious, comfortable lounge equipped with large flat screen TV and DVD player and a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic flooring throughout. All rooms offer air conditioning. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION WHICH IS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERS. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay for the you used.
Paradise Town Golf Villa complex offers guests the use of a tennis court, gym and semi Olympic communal swimming pool with children's pools and play area and the site benefits from 24 hour security with security guards on site at all times.
Located just 25 minutes drive from Antalya airport Villa Royal Belle is situated between the towns of Belek and Kadriye, both offering an array of shops, restaurants, services and entertainment facilities. Belek is a popular tourist destination with over 30 four and five star hotels. A developing golf centre Belek also offers 9 Championship golf courses, all within easy reach of the property and in 2012 it hosted the Turkish Airlines World Golf Final and in 2013 it hosted the Turkish Airlines Open.
Antalya, Turkeys third largest city is a 40 minute drive from the Villa and offers the tourist the best of Turkey's culture from its historic harbour and Old Town to fine dining and excellent shopping.
Some of Turkeys most classical sites are located within easy driving distance of the property and include some of the best preserved archaeological sites in Turkey such as the roman ruins at Perge and Side and the ancient Aspendos amphitheatre which is over 2000 years old and still hosts open air classical, dance and opera festivals today.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Plenty of space for everybody fantastic size pool that faces South. Everything in the villa you could possibly need and the wifi is a fantastic bonus. Kerim was on hand for any problems or advice.
Unfortunatley ,if you don't want to drive, you will need a cab or bus to get to restaurants etc. The closest are in Kadriye or Belek which is a 10 minute cab ,which are pretty inexpensive. There is a board in the villa with recommendations for restaurants and a taxi number for Huysain who was an absolute diamond., 35tl to kadriye beach or town and back ( about £9 return for up to 8 people). There is a small shop at the top of the road (5 mins) that have the basics and about another 15 mins on there is a Migros supermarket with the rest.
Don't be put off by the fact you have to pay for electric and water, we were a group of 7 adults in 4 bedrooms and it cost £60 for the lot.
All in all a great villa but a bit of a trip to the beach etc.

I have stayed in this villa many times it's so beautiful and peaceful there I call it my little bit of heaven , it's very clean with well kept garden and a lovely swimming pool the beach is nearby there's lots of golf courses and a local shop and bar if you don't have a car , the taxi service that was recommended was very reasonable and restaurants in nearby towns also very good with reasonable prices , it's a lovely private road with gates each end and lovely views of the mountains , I can't wait to go again .
We stayed in the villa with family, the villa was clean, very modern and all the bedrooms were good sizes. The private swimming pool was lovely and development has a bigger pool and is very well kept. I would definitely stay here again.
I had an amazing fortnight in the villa with my family with the age range from 60's to 10 and everything suited us all. The villa is spacious and very very comfortable and we all loved the pool. I don't think there was anything we needed that the villa didn't have. The rooms were vast and so very comfortable and the decor very relaxing. Good amenities close by and I know for a fact without hesitation we will return this year. True value for money in your own little bit of paradise. I cannot recommend this villa or location highly enough.
We spent two glorious weeks in this villa. Everything you could wish for within and more. Beautiful furnishings and an amazing private pool. There is also a very large pool on the complex which is a little cooler for those really hot days. Bedrooms were very spacious and cosy and it was all too easy to feel very at home. Sizeable bathrooms made it very comfortable with several people staying, excellent shower facilities and a fantastic corner bath/jacuzzi. The terrace was a beautiful place to shade from the sun and the terrace furnishings suited all occasions, large table and chairs for dining, sofa for evening relaxing and chairs and tables for day to day lounging. There is a local shop and bar that is a ten minute walk from the villa and the fresh bread in the morning is well worth the walk. The food in the local area never disappointed and before we left we were planning our return visit.
Had the most amazing time at this beautiful Villa. We travelled with a large group including small children, there was plenty of room for us all. Private swimming pool and large terrace area made it very relaxing for us all. Rooms are huge!!! Cannot wait to book our next holiday here!
