This private villa sits in its own private garden with its own car port. It has a private 32sq metre pool with a shallow and a deep end. It has a private garden with fruit trees. It is situated in a quiet residential area of Ovacik.
Down stairs is open plan. The modern kitchen (new last year) leads on to a dining are and living area which all leads out to a large terrace overlooking the pool. There is a downstairs loo and shower.
Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms , one with an ensuite and one extra shower room.
There is a large balcony upstairs with lovely view.
The villa is a 20 minute walk to the main road of Ovacik where you can find shops restaurants bars taxi rank and bus stop.
The Gokcen hotel is just an 85m walk and welcomes outside guests in their restaurant.
The villa is perfect for families or friends who want a relaxing holiday but want to be located in easy access to all the lovely sites, beaches shops and restaurants that the local area has to offer. The villa is walkable to the new waterpark opening in 2020! Perfect location for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely villa with great outdoor area
Logement très paisible, superbe pour passer des vacances reposantes. Fethiye, la plage d’Ölüdeniz sont facilement et rapidement accessibles en voiture !
The house is comfy and well kitted out. The pool is amazing, just stunning and is the show piece. The large outdoor terrace is also incredible to spend time on, and the orange trees in the garden providing fresh squeezed juice every morning is pretty incredible. In terms of location, 15 mins drive from Olu Deniz beach (if no traffic) and all the surrounding bars and restaurants. But also only about 5-10 mins drive from other vibrant nightlife areas. It’s a perfect place to chill, swim and relax, but with optional nightlife in the close vicinity as well. Overall very happy and would definately book again.
We booked to stay here as a family member was staying near by, we’ve stayed in this area before but never in this villa. What a fantastic stay we had, it was clean, the pool Was great we even had orange trees on the garden and a wandering tortoise and a family of boar! It’s also walking distance to the small hotel we Gokcen which does lovely food and is also very welcoming. Very responsive hosts, we couldn’t be happier and we will definitely come back and stay.
Beautiful property, feels very private and the area is really quiet. Shops for essentials is around the corner and the hosts couldn’t do enough for you. Recommended to all our friends and we are keen to come back some day.
It's a lovely house with a nice location. We are very happy to spend our holidays here. The landlord Katie Jane and Mr. Ali who greets us are very nice people. I'll be sure to contact a host for another vacation in this area.
The home is much nicer than it looks in photos. Due to its location, both the forest and the sea air were very nice. Thank you Kate, Ms. Sultan and Mr. Ali for their help with everything.
Communication is very fast. The place is very quiet and pleasant. Staff are very helpful.
