A beautiful modern detached 3 bedroom villa with private pool located on The Royal Links Complex, walkable to sarigerme beach town and just 15 minutes transfer from Dalaman airport.
Overview
This beautifully designed well equipped 3 bedroom villa has everything you need. Private pool and a private garden and parking spot. It has the use of communal tennis court, swimming pool and gym.
Two double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with two bathrooms upstairs and open plan living are downstairs that leads to a large terrace overlooking the pool.
The pool has easy steps to enter and is a good size for a private pool.
There is outside seating area and six sunbeds around the pool. There is a BBQ area and outside shower.
The Villa is walkable to the town of Sarigerme where you can find shops bars and restaurants. There is even a supermarket that will deliver your food shopping to your door.
The airport is only 15 minutes drive away and we can arrange transfers to and from your door.
The beach at Sarigerme is of blue flag status and has all the watersports available.
The villa is well equipped with a large full kitchen. Towels and sheets are provided and the villa is cleaned regularly. The pool is cleaned daily and Lycia maintenance can offer services such as organising car hire, day trips, babysitters cots toys and other child facilities.
