Villa Alya is situated in a prime location with superb views over the valley. It is a spacious villa with 4 double bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and balconies.The bedrooms on the first floor both have double beds and the bedrooms on the top floor have single beds (and joint balcony)
The open plan living areas has a large kitchen (equipped with all that you need) and dining area, living room with TV and fireplace and stunning feature gallery looking up over the 3 floors.
The villa is fully air conditioned with 5 units.
Outside there is a large 40 m2 pool with sunbathing area and a private garden with BBQ. Outside sun loungers and dining set around the pool.
The villa has recently been re decorated and furnished in 2021.
Located in Ovacik which is a perfect location to visit the famous Olu Deniz beach and the main market town of Fethiye. Walkable is the town of Hisaronu and Ovacik with plenty of shops bars and restaurants.
Nearest airport is Dalaman and we can arrange private transfers.
There is lots to do in the area, Paragliding water sports, waterparks, shopping, historic sights, Saklikent gorge, Dalyan mud baths, Kaya village.

A very nice new villa and a great location with a view.
Luxury and modern technology are well provided in this house with 4 Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, super.
A missing corkscrew and ironing board were brought within 1 hour, great service.
