Overview

Beautiful detached villa designed to maximise the stunning view from it's hillside location.
Set on high grounds in a private garden with a big pool area. The pool is equipped with massage jets and a bench allowing to enjoy the uninterrupted views over the whole of Kalkan bay with a cocktail.
On ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, one en suite bedroom and the living room both with sea-view.
On first floor there is the en suite master bedroom and one en suite bedroom identical to ground floor bedroom both with sea view and a bedroom with 2 single beds

The villa is located in quiet surroundings, the resort centre is 10 minute downhill walk away (very steep, car or taxi recommended).
Please note there are a number of steps from the parking area to the villa entrance, so the villa would not be suitable for anyone with a mobility problem.
Kalkan is a lively small town with plenty of British tourists in summer but not yet subject to mass tourism like Antalya, there are a great variety of restaurants and possibilities to have food delivered to the villa.
