We are delighted to add Shore House to our portfolio as it offers a rare opportunity to rent such a stunning villa within the well-maintained and sought-after Lykia Estate.

Fun for the young and young at heart, this villa offers multiple outdoor spaces to chill, dine or socialize al fresco. Ideal for inter-generational family holidays or small groups with a ground floor bedroom with en-suite, in addition to 3 sumptuous bedrooms on the first floor including a master suite with balcony. Each bedroom comes with a queen size bed, two with en-suites and two sharing a spacious family bathroom with bath-tub.

A well appointed chef’s kitchen flows seamlessly into the sun filled contemporary living room with areas for eating, spending time with friends or relaxing with a book.

Little explorers are warmly welcome: a cot, high chair, stroller, child friendly tableware, and even a few timeless toys can be provided.

The house is located on the exclusive Likya Estate which includes access to a huge communal pool and staffed club house surrounded by lush gardens open exclusively to estate guests (please note that a small daily fee is payable for use of the communal pool). And whilst it's secluded and tranquil, the villa is also very close to all the amenities that Kalkan has to offer being just a 500 metre stroll to the marina and a selection of beach clubs.

Shore House has been renovated to a high standard and offers a stylish space, both inside and out, to relax right the heart of Kalkan.

The villa is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

The entrance of the villa leads to an open plan living space that is light and airy. There is a cloakroom provided just behind the front door and 3 steps lead down to the living, dining and kitchen areas.

The living area has two comfy sofas with a flat screen TV plus a further armchair and side tables in the conservatory that has sliding doors leading out to the pool terrace. When these are open, the room merges with the outside space where you'll find an L-shaped seating area beneath the olive trees.

The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and the kitchen is well equipped with appliances such as an electric hob, built-in oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a water cooler.

Sliding doors lead out from the kitchen on to the pool terrace.

There is also a double bedroom on this level with dressing table, mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on this level:

The first double bedroom has a dressing table and built-in wardrobes with a glass door to access the shared balcony. This bedroom shares the large family bathroom on this level, which has a bath-tub with integral shower.

The master bedroom has a large double bed with sliding doors to the shared balcony that has 2 comfy wicker chairs and a coffee table from which to enjoy the sea views. There is is also a dressing table and built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

The third double bedroom on this floor has a dressing table and wardrobes with views of the rear garden below. This bedroom shares the family bathroom on this level.

Third floor / roof terrace:

Shore House benefits from having a spacious roof terrace which is equipped with an outdoor kitchenette complete with dishwasher and fridge. There is also a built in BBQ and a dining table that can comfortably seat 8. A large L-shaped sofa is provided from which to enjoy the views across to Kalkan Bay, plus a plunge pool with integral Jacuzzi.

Outside the villa:

On the ground floor level is a pool with integral steps set within decking with a swing chair. There are 6 sun loungers and a table to seat 8 for al-fresco dining, together with a further built in BBQ.

The L-shaped seating area by the pool, offers a comfortable place to relax within the well established gardens that surround the villa. There is also an additional raised terrace area with cushioned seating set around a fire pit; ideal for the cooler nights in Kalkan at the beginning and end of season.

The communal pool is a few minutes’ walk away.

Pool towels are provided for guests' use
A cot, highchair and baby stroller are provided for guests' use if required (please mention this at the time of booking)
WiFi internet connection is provided
The villa is fully air-conditioned
Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
