Villa Tepe is one of the best unique villa in Kalkan because each level has own lounge, kitchen with all appliances and either a balcony or terrace. The top level has a roof terrace area as well. Villa is very good for large family, parties and friend sharing. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
Villa Tepe has the most amazing views of all of Kalkan sea , Islands and Patara beach. Villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard with everythink you could possibly need for a wonderfull holiday.
Outside the villa has a big good size private swimming pool with surrounding terraces furnished with plenty of sunbeds and stunning sea views. There is a split level terrace which has a large marble table and chairs for al-fresco dining. It is shaded by a grapevine covered pergola. There is also big stone built BBQ and parking space.
Villa Tepe is just 5 minutes drive to Kalkan old town (shops, retaurants, sea, beaches, bank etc.). Just a few minutes walking distance there are shops, green grocery, bakery and barber shop as well.
Outside Pool Terrace:
Sunbathing area, Private swimming pool, Private garden, Stone built BBQ, Sunshade, Outside dining area with one of the best ocean views. Dining seats for 18 people.
