Dining areas: Internal, external (covered terrace) & pergola.
Kitchen area has 4 ring hob, oven & grill, microwave, fridgefreezer, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.
Linen and towels are provided but guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
A weekly cleaning/linen service is included and a complimentary grocery pack on arrival is provided.

The Villa is in an enviable location with magnificent views, with its own private pool and a large sunbathing area (with sun or shade available all day) and with established gardens to all sides from which you can pick your own fruit.

The rooms are all spacious and all bedrooms have the benefit of large wardrobes. The kitchen is large and very well equipped.

There is a spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for al fresco dining with views of the pine-clad hills & valleys, and an upper terrace with lounge furniture where you can watch the changing scenery & stunning sunsets.

In the evening perhaps use the large BBQ to create a meal using the freshest of local produce and then relax on the turkish pergola watching the sunset.

The Area
A short stroll will take you into the resort of Hisaronu with its excellent restaurants and bars. A 10 minute bus ride away is Oludeniz with its world famous beach & lagoon. The bustling town of Fethiye with shops, bazaars, market and restaurants is 15 mins by dolmus (mini bus).
There are plenty of activities to choose from including horse riding, scuba diving, paragliding, quad biking, white water rafting and jeep safaris to name but a few.
For sightseeing you may choose to visit the amazing gorge at Sakklikent, the ancient ruins of Tlos or the interesting trout farm at Yakkapark where fish swim in channels on the bar. Patara beach has endless golden sand where the loggerhead turtles choose to nest. If required our local agent can arrange car or jeep hire for your party or minibus hire with or without driver.

Our local agent Activities Unlimited are located in Hisaronu. Our own transfers are highly recommended to ensure that your holiday gets off to a great start. The transfer driver will hold the keys ensuring you are able to access the villa if you arrive outside of office hours.

Alternatively keys can be picked up from the local agents office anytime between 9am - 6pm (summer season) by prior arrangement.

The villa is fully compliant with Turkish regulations and you will be required to provide a copy of your passport in advance to ensure you can be correctly registered with the authorities.
