This 2 bedroom villa has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both benefitting from aircon. The upstairs bathroom is fully tiled and has a corner shower unit. The ground floor bathroom has a walk-in shower and wc. Downstairs living accomodation is open plan, living, dining and fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. The lounge area, which has aircon, and flat screen tv opens onto a covered terrace with a large seating area, overlooking the private 8m pool, sunloungers are provided as well as pool towels.
The villa is in a quiet residential area and guests are asked to restrict noise levels, especially at night. The pool is open from 8am til 10pm and is for villa guests only. There is a choice of supermarkets just a 10 min walk away plus small bars and eateries nearby. The lively resort of Calis with beach, shops, restaurants and bars are less than 1 km away, a bus is available locally. The bus will also take you to Fethiye town and the open markets, Sunday in Calis and Tuesday in Fethiye.
Also available are Gyms, tennis courts, bike hire and a small family Aqua park. Nearby attractions include Olu Deniz beach with paragliding, Dalyan beach with carretta turtles, Saklikent gorge and many historical sites nearby
