Overview
Yesilkent is a quiet residential area located on its own peninsular about 2km from the seaside resort of Altinkum, Didim. It is populated primarily with low rise private villas, and has several family friendly beaches within short strolling distance. The villa borders a small park and has stunning tree top views from the roof terrace.
The Park Villa is a detached villa surrounded by high stone walls giving you privacy and security. Mature gardens and a private swimming pool create a calm and cool oasis for relaxing during your well earned holidays. There is ample terracing giving sun and shade throughout the day.
The open plan ground floor layout of the villa provides cool relief to the hot sun. Accommodation on the ground floor includes a separate kitchen area, sitting area (with open fireplace if you are looking to stay over the autumn and winter months), and dining area. The ground floor bathroom also house the laundry facilities and storage.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a further study room. The villa comfortably houses eight people, but should you have a ninth member of your party then they can be accommodated with a temporary bed at a small additional cost. The two main bedrooms on the first floor have access to a large shaded front balcony.
The master bedroom on the top floor opens up onto the large roof terrace which has stunning treetop views across Yesilkent.
