Once a small farming community, today the atmospheric ruins of Kaunos and the hinterland of fertile, beautiful waterways bring an armada of excursion boats from Marmaris and Fethiye during summer.
The villa is a triplex building in an 820 m2 plot. The pool is 80 mr2. The garden includes a barbecue and a picnic table. 10 min walk to the heart of Dalyan town. Nearest market and restaurant 10 min. Away. You will always be in touch with us. On the ground floor of the villa, living area, kitchen, and sink-wc. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms (1 of them ensuite) and a bathroom with WC. a bedroom on the second floor (ensuite) are available. The whole villa belongs to you. Like your own house.Large and open space. A peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close to the main road.
Dalyan is a flat area. It is possible to reach everywhere on foot. But if you wish you can rent very convenient transportation vehicles at an affordable price.
