Although the villa is set in a quiet residential area, you will find yourself just a short walk from everything the town has to offer. The mosque is only a five-minute walk away, the nearest market is just 30 meters from the house, and Dalyan’s lively bar and restaurant street can be reached within five minutes on foot.

The single-storey villa is surrounded by a charming garden and provides a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within easy walking distance, allowing you to enjoy Dalyan without the need for a car.

The house features two comfortable living rooms, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms, each equipped with its own shower—perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The private swimming pool measures 32 square metres and invites you to cool off and relax.
Completely renovated before 2021, this former family home was once my grandmother’s house and still carries a warm, personal atmosphere. The beds and wardrobes were custom-made by a carpenter, and all furnishings have been carefully and lovingly selected. For guests who prefer to dine at home, the spacious and highly functional kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy your own meals.
