Villa Huzur

Villa Huzur (which means "Tranquility" in Turkish) is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, air conditioned villa, sleeping up to 9 people with its own private pool, a large patio, BBQ, outdoor shower, traditional Turkish shaded seating area and gardens. It is situated in a prime and peaceful location within the beautiful Maras area of Dalyan and has superb views of the surrounding mountains and the ancient 3000 B.C. Lycian Rock Tombs, and ideally located just a 5 minute stroll from the main street in Dalyan, where you will find all the shops, restaurants, bars & other local amenities. It is also 2 minutes walk away from the local park which includes a childrens playground, trampolines, basketball court, table tennis, outdoor gym and a small cafe. It serves as a perfect base for exploring the local area, spending lazy days on the beach, going on boat trips or simply lounging around the pool.

It has all the modern necessities such as WI-FI internet access, High Definition satellite TV, a media streamer and Blu-Ray DVD player for watching films, stereo radio Hi-Fi (which plays music via CDs, MP3 CDs, USB, SD memory card and even via Bluetooth from your mobile phone or tablet), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, cooker, fridge freezer, water cooler, iron, ironing board, washing lines, hairdryers, security safes, etc.

There is also a Sony Playstation 3 (including microphones for karaoke) with a large selection of associated games available for keeping both adults and kids amused !

There are 5 bicycles (all with Shimano gears) available at the villa for guests to use. The swimming pool is salt water chlorinated, so softer and kinder to eyes, skin and hair ! There are also a number of flotation devices for use in the pool.

For babies/infants, there is a cot available which doubles up as a playpen, as well as a highchair and a microwave sterilizer for sterilizing bottles, spoons, etc.

Whats provided - INDOORS

GENERAL INFO

• There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom upstairs, 1 double sofa bed downstairs and 1 foldable single bed which can either be used in the twin bedroom upstairs or downstairs.

• A cot which doubles up as a playpen is also available.

• There is 1 large downstairs bathroom and 2 ensuite bathrooms upstairs (1 of which can be shared with the twin bedroom if you so wish, ideal for if you have children sleeping in the twin room).

• There is full air-conditioning throughout the villa (the air conditioning units also act as a heating system during the cooler months). Floor-standing electric fans which can be used instead of or in addition to the air conditioning are available downstairs and in all bedrooms.

• The windows and doors are all double-glazed and there are shutters and mosquito netting on all windows.

• A welcome pack of groceries (large 19 litre bottle of water for the water cooler, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, fruit juice, bread, cheese, eggs, biscuits and toilet rolls) is provided ready for when you arrive.

KITCHEN

• There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen which includes :-

  • Large fridge/freezer
  • Gas/electric oven and hob
  • Dishwasher
  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Water cooler for dispensing chilled water
  • All the cutlery, utensils, glasses, crockery and cooking pots/pans you should ever need to use during your stay.
  • Avent microwave sterilizer for sterilizing baby/infant bottles, spoons, etc.

DINING AREA

• The dining area includes :-

  • Dining table and cushioned chairs, which seats up to 8 people
  • A stereo radio Hi-Fi which plays music via CDs, MP3 CDs, USB, SD memory card and Bluetooth
  • A good selection of music CDs
  • An open fireplace suitable for use in the winter months
  • A selection of books for guests to read
  • There is a fully adjustable highchair available for babies/infants if required

LOUNGE

• The lounge area includes :-

  • Comfy cushioned sofas and chairs (1 of the sofas can be used as a double sofa bed)
  • High Definition TV with satellite channels
  • A media streamer for watching films
  • Blu-Ray DVD player
  • A good selection of DVDs
  • Sony Playstation 3 games console (including microphones for karaoke)
  • A large selection of Sony Playstation 3 games
  • WI-FI internet access
  • Coffee table
  • A floor-standing electric fan (which can be used instead of or in addition to the air conditioning)

• A washing machine, iron, ironing board and shopping trolley (ideal for carrying groceries back from the local shops and market) are provided in the cupboard under the stairs.

BEDROOMS

All of the bedrooms include the following :-

• Views of the rock tombs
• Double doors which open out onto the balcony overlooking the pool
• Built-in wardrobes
• Dressing table/mirror
• A powerful ionic hairdryer
• A floor-standing electric fan (which can be used instead of or in addition to the air conditioning)
• All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Although this is changed once a week, additional clean bed linen/towels are available if you need them.

In addition, the 2 double bedrooms also include the following :-

• Ensuite bathroom (note that you have the option to share one of the ensuite bathrooms with the twin room if you so wish)
• Electronic security safe
• Bedside cabinets
• Laundry bin

Whats provided - OUTDOORS

• Beautiful swimming pool with shallow steps at one end and fantastic views all around, set within its own private gardens. The pool is salt water chlorinated, so softer and kinder to eyes, skin and hair !
• Large patio area around the pool.
• 9 comfy cushioned sun loungers with 3 drinks tables and 3 parasols.
• Plenty of outdoor dining space, including an 8-seater set of table & cushioned chairs.
• Outdoor shower (great for if you've just been to the beach !)
• Barbeque area (with lighting for late night use !)
• A traditional Turkish shaded seating area with plenty of comfy cushions to lounge around on and a drinks table.
• Washing line and pegs.
• Car parking space.

The following are also provided for our guests to use :-
