Overview
This modern Apartment is very spacious inside with the combined Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room at the front. As you head towards the back of the Apartment are the two bedrooms. The Double Bedroom has access to the spacious rear Balcony through a sliding door. The second Bedroom has 2 Single Beds. The interior of the Apartment is very tastefully and modernly decorated. Everything is brand new and laid out very well.
*Outside Information
There is a large Balcony overlooking the Garden Area which is ideal for outside dining or just relaxation. There is a traditional Stone Barbecue in the Garden near to the large Swimming Pool. The Garden is well looked after and is very private. There is sufficient space outside to park several cars. There is also outside lighting in the Garden and Pool.

This Apartment is ideally situated for everything you could want to do in and around Dalyan. There are 2 Supermarkets within 5 Minutes walk, the Centre of Dalyan with Bars, Restaurants and Shops is also within 5 Minutes walk.
Right beside the Apartment is a Storks Nest which can provide great amusement in the summer months.
There are also great views of the Mountains.
Due to the location of the property and the good local transport links, Car Hire is not essential, but can be arranged if necessary.

Lovely apartment that was clean and comfortable. As it is a small complex, we practically had the swimming pool to ourselves. We had trouble with the TV but this was resolved quickly. The washing machine is shared and sometimes we had to wait to use. Very happy overall and good value. Thanks Richard for your timely communication throughout.

We had a great holiday a great location for easy access to the town with plenty of shops, bars & very good resturants.
The people in Turkey are very nice we were made very welcome in every shop resturant & bar that we went to. It seemed that everyone couldnt do enough for you, without being to pushy.
We would definetley recommend it to people.
It was certainly the holiday for us quiet location although near to everything we wanted.
The property certainly did need a bigger kettle & a little dissapointed that some of the cups were chipped.
But certainly nothing that would put us off going again. Richard & Kim looked after us very well. Very nice pepole.

We (two adults and three children) spent two weeks at the Storks Nest apartments in late August 2008 and had a great time. We loved the location near to the town. The accomodation was lovely and there was air conditioning in each room. The two ground floor apartments were unoccupied so we had the pool to ourselves (and our friends who stayed in the next-door upstairs apartment).
Two drawbacks, which didnt really affect the holiday badly: the pool went green on the second day after we arrived! After scratching their heads for a while the Turks decided to empty and refill. That left the pool unpleasantly cold for the next five days or so - but clear. Secondly, despite booking for five there was no bed linen for the fold down bed in the living room. We had to borrow some from the neighbouring apartment.
But all in all, very good and we would go again.

we arrived back from dalyan on saturday 16/08 after a wonderful holiday. This was made all the better for having this apartment. It is clean, modern & in a fantastic location - 5 minutes from the centre and a minute from a couple of supermarkets, bars, resturants.
It must also be said that the apartment has the added bonus of Kim and Richard who look after it - and the holidaymakers! They are a credit and a pleasure to have met. Never anything too much trouble. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great holiday. The apartment was very clean,easy to live in and well maintained. Richard and Kim were great :extremely helpful and prompt. It is a perfect place for a happy family holiday.
The location is excellent no need to hire a car. The pool is good only drawback is if all apartments are rented there is not much space around the pool for loungers. This was not a problem for us as not all apartments were being used.We would love to return and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location "This was our third visit to Dalyan and our first stay at Storks Nest Apartments and we had a brilliant holiday. There were a pair of nesting storks present everyday - brilliant. Our booking of the apartment via the owner Richard was very straightforward and and our transfers via Dalyan Select were on time and we had no problems. The maintainance of the complex was first rate with the pool cleaned every morning and regular garden maintenance undertaken. The washing machine broke down during our stay and it was reported and replaced in under 6 hours! The apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed such as bath towels, beach towels and full Internet connection for the duration, there was sufficient kitchen equipment for our needs, During our stay we had the apartment block to ourselves for 2 of the 3 weeks so we had lots of space and peace and quiet. If all the apartments are full it may be a bit busy pool side. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to several supermarkets and a short walk into the town with shops and restaurants. We found everyone in Dalyan to be very friendly and enjoyed the amazing food in all of the restaurants. We did several trips via Volkan Adventures which we we really enjoyed and diving with Dalyan Dive centre. Dalyan is a beautiful place and we would love to return again in the future and would definitely return to Storks Nest Apartments."
Quiet spot "When I arrived at the apartment I was confused a little as there are now quite big trees in the garden! This was good though as they gave much needed shade. The apartment itself was clean with lots of towels and spare bedding available. It was very quiet and the shops were less than 5 minutes away. You can also cut through where market is held and end up right near the river. Only takes 10 minutes. I have been going to Dalyan for over 10 years and this was one of the better places I have stayed in."
"A really nice set of apartments set very close to the town center and some good supermarkets we stayed with 3 children and this apartment easily accommodated us clean and well maintained and easy to get supply's 2 mins to supermarket communication with the owner was spot on."
