Overview
Our Apartments are set in their own Gardens in a quiet area of Dalyan only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Dalyan and there are Supermarkets nearby. Our Apartments are newly built and are equipped with 2 Bedrooms and a Salon/Kitchen. There is Air-Conditioning in the Salon Area as well as Television which has BBC News. As well as the bedrooms there is a Sofa Bed in the Salon. The Kitchen has a Fridge, Kettle and a Gas Hob. Each Apartment has a Balcony with Table & Chairs.
There is a Swimming Pool at the front of the property and Sun Loungers for your use.
We have an Internet Connection that you can use.
The Owners live on site and can serve you Drinks, Breakfast and an Evening Meal if required.
About the Area
The Centre is 5 Minutes walk from the Apartments along with the Weekly Saturday Market. Dalyan has a wide range of Shops, Bars & Restaurants to suit everyones needs and tastes. Dalyan is set along a River and you can take daily boat trips to many different places including the Beach, Mud Baths, Hot Springs, Lake Trips, Fishing Trips and many more to try.
Iztuzu Beach is 35 Minutes from Dalyan by Taxi Boat or 20 Minutes by Road on a local Dolmus which leave Dalyan every 15 Minutes.
Dalyan is very green and peaceful and is located 25 Minutes from the International Airport at Dalaman.

Enver, Adile and their daughters could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our first visit to Turkey and they looked after us, booking airport transfers and restaurants as well as sharing cake and lots of tea. Like all the Turks we met they were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was great and as described. The balcony was a bit too warm to eat out on but thats not the Karacas fault!

The property is excellent value for money. Near town and supermarkets and close to the river for water taxi/ town for other taxis. Sofa bed comfortable, slept on by 6ft teenager for 2 weeks. Owners maintain property in clean, friendly environment. They provide a bar service/ limited menu which again is excellent value, best fish I ate in town! They are always on call and will try to help with any request. They arranged transfers for us from the airport which went smoothly. The owners really were gems! They wanted us to enjoy our holiday and did their best help us. We spent some time drinking tea with them and chatting about the locality. The only thing that could be improved is the amount of cutlery in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay with Enver and Adelie.

The walk into town was an easy 5-10 minutes.
We especially loved the barbecues with the family which were delicious, plentiful and inexpensive.
It was lovely on an evening sitting by the pool drinking a cold beer and having mirthful banter with Envir and Adelay.
Nothing was too much trouble for the Karaca family, they will help you organize anything you want to do.
