We are delighted to welcome you to our exquisite villa, perfectly positioned just 400 metres from Dalyan centre, offering the ideal blend of accessibility and peaceful seclusion. This property has been thoughtfully designed for extended families and groups of friends, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 8 to 9 people, and is set up to truly feel like your home away from home.

Interior Comfort and Accommodation
The villa's interior is furnished with both style and utmost comfort in mind. On the ground floor, you'll find the main communal area featuring a spacious living room, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom with a WC and shower. This area is equipped with air conditioning and a television, and crucially, offers an extra sleeping spot for one person, providing flexibility for larger parties.

We've prioritised privacy and relaxation with four independent bedroom suites. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find three further bedrooms. Each of these upstairs rooms is equipped with a double bed, its own private en-suite shower room (WC + Shower), and individual air conditioning. This ensures every guest has their own personal space, and there will be no queuing for the bathroom!

What truly sets our villa apart is the beautiful outdoor space. We boast a large, lush green garden that beautifully complements the tranquil Dalyan surroundings, making it perfectly suited for families with children and groups who enjoy outdoor living. Within this expansive garden, you'll find a swing set for the little ones and a fantastic gazebo (or kamelya) area. This shaded spot is ideal for al fresco dining, enjoying your morning tea, or simply unwinding with a cold drink after a day of exploring. Our villa offers all the convenience of a central location while providing the space and privacy you need for a truly relaxing holiday.
