The villa opened in July 2021. It has a large building area of 400 m2 in a 720 m2 land by the Dalyan Canal. It has a place above many villas with its 12-person capacity, 5 minutes walking distance to the center, furniture and architectural structure. It is a villa that you will enjoy with a jacuzzi in two bedrooms, an air machine in the bedrooms, a place reserved for sun loungers in the pool and a lodge in the pool.
There is also a sun lounger pool and a children's pool in the pool with a lodge. The pool, which is 70 m2 in total, has the dimensions of 7,5x10x1,60. The garden and pool are yours only and cannot be seen from the outside.

Pool maintenance is done every day by the gardener without disturbing you. In the garden there are 8 sun loungers and umbrellas, swings, shower, barbecue and sitting group.
