Bargain Villa Vita Private Pool, Sleeps 8 4 Bedroom

Property is just as advertised and exactly what we wanted.
We travelled as group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids aged 5-8), accommodation was just what we wanted. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed incl a dishwasher, and dining table that comfortably sat 8. We made plenty of use of the pool, garden and bbq. These all very well maintained - people came daily to clean pool/ water garden etc.
Good communication with both Mike (owner) and Zeki (local agent) made arrangements very easy. Zeki was super helpful and even helped arrange deliveries of replacement bottles for the water cooler!
We had hire cars which was convenient for trips to the beach or nearby towns such as Gocek, but really not necessary. Centre of town and plenty of restaurants with 10 min walk and plenty of companies who can arrange excursions or airport transfers if needed.
All in all, a great holiday and villa was just what we wanted.

Excellent stay at the villa. Both villa and pool were great, everything we needed for stay was there. Perfect location, 10mins walk from centre and 5mins from nearest shop/restaurant. Mike was great to deal with too and always quick to respond.

Well equipped Villa , plenty of amenities , garden was well looked after and the villa was clean and generally well presented and maintained.
I would stay at this villa again , only a 15 minute amble to the dalyan centre .
The property owner was quick to respond as was the property site manager Zeki .
The transfers were on time and comfortable vehicle supplied .
If there was one slight negative , was that the jacuzzi was covered by a heavy steel plate , so never attempted to use it.
And the DVD player was not compatible with the TV as had a scary lead and the Tv was a very modern internet tv .
Otherwise the stay was perfect , and very happy with our stay ,

A very well furnished property - very clean. Excellent provision of extra linen eg towels, sheets, blankets. Nice garden, lovely pool though a little cold. However, we were there in April, when the weather was a bit cool, though it warmed up considerably in the last few days of our holiday. Very well pleased with accommodation overall. Agents ORUC also very helpful. It was our second visit to Dalyan (we last went in 1998!). We were not disappointed. There is plenty to do, and lots of good restaurants. The owner was also very helpful. Thanks for a great holiday!

Nice big house, well equipped.
Excellent pool - couldnt get the children out!
Set in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of the village centre where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
Good area with lots to see and do.
Owner very helpful and kept us up to date with emails.

We loved this villa and it had everything we needed for an excellent holiday, with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool and jacuzzi were great, and there is also plenty of shady spots outside. The rooms and amenities were very comfortable - the only thing missing that we have had in several other villas at this price is wifi. The town centre is a leisurely 10 minute stroll away.
Dalyan is an excellent location for a relaxing holiday. Turtle beach is fantastic, and boat trips and the riverfront restaurants are very enjoyable. We have been to Dalyan before and find it friendly, with the tourist accommodation dominated by villas and small hotels, and not your typical noisy resort but preserving more if its Turkish character. We would recommend both the location and the villa itself.
