A 4 bedroom detached private villa with 28 sqm pool and a baby pool in large garden with a traditional built in Turkish BBQ. The villa is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay it is like home from home.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with dining table, separate living room, bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms one with en-suite, 1 double room with access to large terrace and a twin room, and a main family bathroom.
This villa is located in a town called Serefler only 5-10 minute walk to Dalaman high street where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Walk around town without being harassed, people here are friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
In Dalaman you can catch a Taxi or jump on the local bus to take you around. You will need a vehicle to get to the beaches, 3 of the main beaches are Sarsala Bay, Serigerme Beach and Dalaman Beach (Kayacik Beach)
Stroll to the Market on Thursdays and pick up some good bargains.
The area surrounding the villa you will see goats, chickens, cows and ducks lovely for the children.
