It has a private swimming pool and its situated in a very small development,( set in its own ground, 400 m from the sea,( kocacalis plaji ) with magnificent mountainviews.Every bedroom has its own balcony. The villa is a 5 min drive to Calis centre.(3km)
The Villa is managed on our behalf by a local English company. Their people, which are very friendly and helpfull,
will welcome you at the villa and give you all the information about the area, excursions, carhire, boattrips, shopping, etc. and they ll also arrange the transfers to the airport.
They are available 24/7 in case of any problem on their
emergency helpline.

We provided all that we can to make your holiday enjoyable.
You will find some games, film dvd's and music cds.
The pool has also a very nice size for a good swim.
Outside shower and nice wooden fence between the villas next to the pool.

The area
Located in a quiet area, near by the beautiful " Turquoise Coast " with his stunning seaviews. On the kocacalis beach, 400m from the villa, you can enjoy your meal in one of the beach restaurants,or have a drink in one of the bars.Also a surfclub near by. Within a walk of 5 min.you find a few local food shops.
Taxi is picking you up on the villa,(just push button outside the villa) or within 100m there also is a taxi office. dolmusstop :300m from villa.
Within easy reach of Calis, with his many shops, bars and cosy restaurants on the beautiful promenade. Also located on Calis beach, the Sultans Aqua City Park, a very well equiped waterpark, which offers many hours of pleasure for the entire family.
You can also reach easily Fethiye, also with many restaurants, supermarkets, all kind of shops, a beautiful harbour and a weekly market on tuesday.
The location of the villa is ideal to visite different beautiful places and historical sites. Göcek, the small harbourtown, the bay of Ölüdeniz, the famous bleu lagoon,which is also famous for paragliding and recent voted to be one of the best beaches in the world, Dalyan with his turtle beach, Patara, 18km long beach of real white sand and dunes, Saklikent gorge, Tloss and Yaka Park, Kaya Village, the hillside ghost town and Xanthos.

Been 7 times place never changes its excellent nice place to relax far enough away from bars and entertainment for a bit of peace but close enough when u decide to go yourself good area locals are very friendly and close to the town where there is millions to choose from,menu ways,would recommend it to anyone to go to for a cracking holiday will definitely be back with out a doubt........

Just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely villa, it had everything we can possibly think of. The villa and pool were gorgeous. The booking went very smoothly,( communication with owner was very good and helpful ). The villa was very clean and easily one of the best we stayed in. Beautiful area and near the beach with restaurants and bars. We will highly recommend and definitely return in future. Many thanks.

Having arrived in the middle of the night, we found everything ready for us to go straight to bed. Having the mobile as contact was great but as agents, it would of Been nice to actually meet Nick. Very helpful especially when antibiotics needed... . We really enjoyed the stay, the area is lovely, Calis beach is better than the Calis Centro beach ..... Food amazingly good and great prices. It's not a party scene just a chill out place to go.... Only down side was the showers in the villa...... They do need something as the water goes everywhere when you open the screen s to start the showers. Best food, best service and best value for money was at the Semsec hotel and restaurant on the playa front in Calis Centro.

A wonderful villa with everything you could possibly need. We loved having our own private pool. The children had lots of fun here. The beach and restaurants are only 5 minutes walking distance everyone there is very friendly. The villa is very clean, well equipped, has a beautiful pool. We had a fantastic family holiday. I would also like to thank the lovely family who manage the villa for being so helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely quiet area to stay, close to beach. The villa was well appointed, liked the mobile phone provided and the cold water dispenser. It was very comfortable and spacious for 2 of us, might have been rather less so with full occupancy though! Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Villa "Mavi Deniz"is a new privately owned detached luxury 3-bedroom villa .Ideal for a relaxing break.In a very short walking distance, you can take a dolmus or taxi to Calis(5min),and Fethiye(15min) with its numerous restaurants, shops, stunning sea views and beautiful sunsets. You also can take the watertaxi to Fethiye, it will take you right to the harbour .
