Situated in the excellently appointed Seaside Residence complex which is positioned right on the Calis seafront, with 3 shared swimming pools, childrens pool and Pool Bar, this villa is just steps away from one of the shared pools and comes complete with it’s own stretch of beautiful landscaped garden. Seaside complex is set in beautifully landscaped gardens within this small gated community and has 24 hour on site Security.
About the area
Seaside is situated in the Calis Beach area of Fethiye in a peaceful location but just minutes walking distance from all the restaurants/bars and amenities of Calis itself. There are various watersports locally as well as a Surf Club. Fethiye centre with it’s picturesque marina and famous Tuesday market is just 3km away. This can be easily accessed by strolling along the promenade or by taking either a water taxi or a bus which stops right outside the Seaside complex. There is also the famous Olu Deniz Lagoon area which is a World Heritage Centre, this is about a 20 minute drive away.
The area of Calis is visually stunning but the best thing about it is the welcoming Turkish people, the food and the local beer which is called "Efes" and there are many local bars and restaurants serving both!
The Villa
The Villa is fully air conditioned for comfort and includes heating if the weather turns colder. There are mosquito screens fitted to all doors and windows.
The lounge and bedrooms all have large sliding patio doors onto good sized terraces or balcony.
Bedlinen, quilts and big fluffy towels are included.
Sun-loungers with cushions and outside tables and chairs are included also.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and there are 2 open sun terraces to this room also.
The villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished and we hope it will feel like a home from home atmosphere.

The property offered everything we wanted on our holiday. The location was just right,set in a quite area a short stroll (5 mins) to the shops and eating areas of Calis Beach. The beach on your door step. The villa had everything we needed during our stay, there is a quite pool only a few steps away and during our stay we were the only ones to use it. All in all the villa was great value for money, the setting was just right for a holiday that can offer both rest and relaxation but also makes a good base to explore the area with very good public transport, tours and car hire on your door step. We had a great time and we are sure anyone staying here would have the same. We will be returning!

Julie, Just a quick note to say thanks for the use of your villa. We were so impressed, it was everything we expected & more. We would recommend Julies villa to everyone not only is it very nicely decorated but it is in a lovely location. The complex is right near the beach, not very far from Calis centre with a large variety of bars & restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful & relaxing. We found the accommodation spacious for the 6 of us. The room at the top of the house was lovely with the two roof terraces, amazing views! We used the smaller more private pool just by the villa more then the main pool as we enjoyed the peace & quiet and the kids went between the 2 pools. There is also a kiddies pool for those of you will small children. The villa is very well equipped & we found everything we needed for our stay. The curtains are beautiful & when the sun shone through the windows the rooms were a glow - you have to see it to believe it. There are 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, all is beautifully decorated. Julie, I liked your taste! There is a little garden out the back which we made good use off, lots of alfresco bbqs. We loved Turkey & the Calis area, there is lots to do and it is very reasonably priced. We tried a number of the restaurants recommended by Julie & they were all great not one bad meal. Our favourite was Bella Mammas on the front. Would we go back again yes, yes & yes in fact it was us looking at our holiday for 2009 that prompted me to write this review, I have been meaning to do it for ages. Turkey, Seaside & Julies villa gets my vote. Julie is so friendly & helpful and the proof was in the pudding, we all had a fantastic holiday and we will remember for many years to come. Hi Julie Just a brief thank you - your house was ideal for us - living, bedroom and bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay - pools and gardens were very well looked after and complex staff were nice and friendly. We spent a lot of time at the surf club, learning to windsurf and sail and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Phil McGowan
