Villa Poseidon is a fantastic modern holiday home for families seeking relaxation by a large Private Pool in a quiet and peaceful environment and also wishing to be in close proximity to a very lively town centre.
This beautiful Villa and its location offer just that.
You can enjoy the Villa and relax by the large pool and when you wish, in no time, you can find yourself embraced by the offerings of Touristic Central Bodrum ( bars, restaurants, shops, the seafront, the Castle and the Marina...).
The historic and hugely popular Bodrum Town Centre is within easy reach (10 minute flat walk) to discover its history, riches and joys.The Town Centre is also the place to go for services provided to further discover the splendid Bodrum Peninsula and surrounding areas.
This Villa is a three-storey Holiday Home :
LOWER GROUND FLOOR is accessed from our private road through a remote-controlled secure garage. It has a large double room,a bathroom,a utility room and a flight of stairs leading up to the Ground Floor.
GROUND FLOOR accommodates the sitting room ,the kitchen and dining area with doors to a large balcony,and a cloak-room.This Floor is accessed from our private road through a metal gate and travertine steps that lead up to the main entrance door, as well as to the Balcony and the Pool area.
TOP FLOOR has three bedrooms,a large balcony and two bathrooms,one being en suite.
The large Private Pool is 4mX10m with plenty of sunbathing area and sunbeds.The shallower oval end is 1.35m and the square deeper end is 1.75m deep.
This Holiday Home is exceptionally well-built, damp-proofed, fully heat-insulated and air-conditioned. Electrically operated Underfloor Central Heating provides further comfort in the Villa for those who wish to enjoy the mild Bodrum winters.
English-speaking and privacy respecting owners live across the road from Villa Poseidon and will be more than happy to help you or answer any queries that you might come up with in relation to your holiday ideas.
The owners will also be taking care of the pool, the garden and the plants for you.
There is a "Breakage Deposit" of £500 to be paid cash on arrival.
This deposit is normally refunded before departure in case of no damage.
Electricity consumption up to 400kWh ( more than sufficient for fair weekly use) is included in the weekly rates.
Optional standard mid-holiday cleaning fee is £75.
There will be no additional cleaning fee charged at the end of holiday, provided that the Property is left reasonably clean and tidy.
No charge will be made for the use of water.
The Villa will be ready for guests after 4 pm on arrival day.Check-out time is by 10 am on departure day.Alternative arrangements are to be negotiated with the owners.
The Private Pool is unheated and will normally be functional from 1st of May till end of October (ie not normally operational from 1st of November till 1st of May).

It’s in such a quiet area that during the evening there is almost no noise and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The villa is a 15 minute slow walk to the marina that is so vibrant and full of life that your almost transported into a scene from Aladdin. The owners Mustafa and Neena are both wonderful people and couldn’t do enough to ensure that we were enjoying our time in Bodrum. It was such a pleasure to meet you both. It’s was such a relaxing time, and we will definitely be back for a visit.
5 stars out of 5. Reviewed 4 July 2018 Fantastic villa holiday! I stayed at Villa Poseidon for a week recently with my family. It was a lovely spacious villa with everything you could want inside, a real home from home - we all felt instantly relaxed with the large rooms and ample bathrooms. The outdoor area was lovely with a great pool and plenty of comfy sun loungers for us to relax on! We also liked the security of the private locked gate. The Villa is close to the town, only a short 10/15min walk away, but also far enough away that you were not disturbed by noise late at night which was great having young children with us. There were also a couple of shops just around the corner for any essentials which was ideal. The owners of the villa were great, a lovely friendly couple. We asked them for a few tips on how to get to the nearby beaches, best way in to the town etc. and they really couldn't have been more helpful. All in all our stay in Bodrum at Villa Poseidon was wonderful and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you! Date of stay: May 2018
