Overview
A beautifully designed and very spacious newly built villa with its own private 12 x 4 metre floodlit swimming pool, situated on the hill side in unspoilt country but within 20 mins drive of Alanya. The villa offers every convenience for a luxury holiday including air conditioning,internet, DVD. fully equipped kitchen with granite worksurfaces, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, dining set, sun loungers with parasols. The accomodation is spacious and the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
The villa is set amidst lemon and orange groves and offers the most wonderful views of Alanya the coast and the mountain range. The covered balcony is perfect for evening drinks and watching the sun set over the sea.
In 15 minutes you can be relaxing on one of the three blue flag beaches enjoying a drink or meal in one of the numerous fish restaurants, cafes or bars or shopping in Alanya. You can visit Dim Cayi and enjoy a meal in one of the many floating restaurants, definately worth a visit. Alanya Castle is another stunning location with breathtaking views only a short drive from the villa. You can take a trip to the harbour which has boat trips on offer and many cafes and bars to sit and take in the scenery. Wi Fi is available through a dongle (payable locally).

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à la villa Toros. La piscine avait une très bonne température, idéale pour les enfants, il y a une superbe vue sur alanya de la terrasse, la villa est très comfortable et elle est très bien équipée.

Lovely villa, immaculately maintained by Glenn and Heather, in a most beautiful setting. We explored the hills around and also did several trips eastwards along the coast (to Gazipasa and beyond) where we visited some ancient sites, a couple excavated, a couple not and a challenge to find but worth it! On final day visited the museum where a lot of the artefacts from the sites we had visited were displayed. Other highlights - Alanya Castle and shipyard and the incredible Dim caves. As always in Turkey everyone is so friendly and the villagers close to the villa were particularly welcoming. A truly relaxing 10 day break.

This villa is amazing. If you want to get away from it all but still have all the mod cons, then this is the place for you. Great for families, groups or couples!* Its in a secluded and peaceful area with great views across the valley. The pool and outside area are great and theres always shade available on the patio if you want to get out of the sun.
POSITIVES:
The villa is spacious, modern and clean, and fixtures and fittings are excellent quality.
Plenty of space for 6 people. You could have 8 people here.
Lots of extras provided, including:

- plenty of sun loungers (not all shown in the photos)
Read the guest book for ideas of things to do - there are plenty of leaflets around too. If you get a chance, instead of turning off the main road down to the villa, carry on up the hill for 10-15 mins and this takes you over the top of the mountains to the other side where you get a stunning view across another valley and a lake.
Glen and Heather are really helpful so if you have any questions about things to do, just ask them!
*NEGATIVES:
Not really any negatives, just some words of caution: Remember that the last part of the journey from town to the villa is up some small, windy, gravel roads, so this location is not recommended if you plan to go out drinking or clubbing every night - it would cost a lot to get a taxi! Also, if you plan to do organised excursions from town, then you wont get a free pick up from the villa as its too far out.
Beware of extortionate parking fees behind the Aqua Park! There are a few aqua parks around - we went to one next to Burger King on the main road. There is a well-advertised carpark around the back. €21 for a few hours parking! Generally, we found parking elsewhere to be inexpensive, so just make sure you read the signs first!

we were from 29 july to 5 august 2007 / we are quite satisfied: the informations on internet are exacts/issue transaction financial correct/after the busy and crowdy on the coast it is very pleasant to be in a quiet space just besides the taurus at only a quarter to alanya/the villa is very clean and spacious/we shall come again

Aug 20-Sept 1.We so enjoyed staying in Turkey and at villa taurus. We loved the vill and its position in the mountains, overlooking Alanya and the surrounding countryside. Watching the sun rise and move across the sky to sunset and the moon as well as the lights glowing in the town, is majical. This combined with the feeling of 'being away from it all' ensured that we will remember this holiday as a really happy and relaxing one, so thank you.Sally, Laura, Les.
