Our villa in Akyaka, which is a corner from heaven, offers a very isolated and quiet environment with its central location. It is a one-minute walk from the river and a two-minute walk from the beach
Overview
The villa is surrounded by pomegranate, orange, lemon trees and has four balconies with a swimming pool. Akyaka is home to kite surfing and sea lovers in summer nature and discovery enthusiasts in winter.
Akyaka is 67 km from Dalaman Airport and 76 km from Bodrum Airport.
Our villa has all the home and kitchen utensils. Our guests can enjoy all parts of the house and garden with the necessary care. If you wish, you can swim in the beach or explore the beautiful bays and you can do all of this by walking. You can rent a boat daily if you want to stay much quieter. Apart from all these, during the day you can sunbathe in the garden of the villa and enter the pool.
You can shop at the local organic market. You can taste traditional Turkish delicacies in the restaurants within walking distance and have a nice time in the bars. If you wish, you can see other holiday destinations around Akyaka. Marmaris, Dalyan, Gocek, Fethiye regions you can see and return in a day. But you have to rent a car or take a taxi. In addition, you can do kitesurfing, cycling, trekking, wind surfing in Akyaka. Please come and enjoy Akyaka.

A good place to stay, clean, cozy, home-like. Living in half of the house, but it is quite enough, the neighbors did not create noise. Communication with the host was excellent, all our wishes were taken into account. Parking at home, free. Nice pool with warm water, garden with deciduous trees and pomegranates. It is very pleasant to have breakfast and dinner, both in the garden and in the house on the terrace. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. Special thanks for the automatic turkish coffee maker. 3 minutes walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to restaurants and shops. It was nice to walk in the evenings. The owner provided plenty of bottled drinking water - thank you. The stairs to the first and third floors are wide and easy to carry. Everything was great, I didn't want to leave.

This villa is stunning with everything we could have wanted. The location is great, a short walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket but also far enough away from any noise so is quiet and peaceful. Özel not
A wonderful spacious villa with everything you need to have a great holiday. The location is fantastic. Close to shops & the beach but also very private & quiet. Kadir is a super host & we were well looked after. Highly recommended!
The house was absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Lots of space and a really great garden and pool (which was surprisingly quiet and peaceful even in the middle of Bayram holidays). We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break.
