Overview
We are located in Maraval valley next to St. Andrews golf course. Ideally situated between Port of Spain (7 Km south) and Maracas beach (14km North East) we are close to most activities.
The apartment is a private space with a private entrance. It is equipped with a/c, ceiling fan, wall mounted television, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, refrigerator, iron, ironing board and cupboard space.
The spacious 10'x10' bathroom has hot/cold water, shower, vanity with mirror and ceiling fan.
There is also a shared swimming pool to the back of the property.
A common laundry room through a separate entrance is also available for use.
We can arrange a meal plan and a cleaning service if required.
The neighborhood is a safe community to walk, jog, cycle and of course if you are a golfer the 7th fairway (18 hole course) is directly across the street. There is public transportation close to the house and route taxis are available in front of the property. Car rentals or a car for hire are easily arranged depending on your needs. There are several fast food restaurants throughout the country as well fine or casual dining and home delivery. For shopping, Ellerslie plaza and Long circular Mall are approximately 6 km away. A little further you will find West Mall and Movietowne.

Hi We are Gerard Woo and Alana-Fournillier Woo. We are both from Trinidad & Tobago and have been married for 9 years. Gerard is also a Canadian citizen and has lived in Montreal and Toronto for extended periods of time. Our home was built in early 2000's as a 3 bedroom house of 4500 s.f. and a 2 bedroom Duplex of 2000 s.f. We enjoy hosting guests and recently added the studio apartment in 2019. Each unit is self contained with it's own private entrance. The area is mountain scenery with cool breezy nights in December through March. We frequently take walks up the mountains to Paramin which is Alana's home town (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paramin). Cycling, jogging, walking along the golf course is a daily routine for several residents. Maracas beach is a 20 minute drive and we frequently go in the afternoons with our 8 year old daughter. Parrots and other birds are part of the daily sounds. Just 7 km. straight down Saddle road gets us into Port of Spain proper where we do our shopping and entertainment etc. We have been part of this neighborhood and Maraval community for a couple decades. It is a safe area and most importantly we know the community and they know us. We look forward to welcoming you.
