This colonial style villa is situated on an 18 hole PGA championship golf course, in the newly renovated 5* Hilton now called the MAGNALENA GRAND HOTEL; Tobago Plantations Beach, Golf & SPA Resort, Tobago. The colonial style architecture and furniture coupled with the natural tropical ambience create a unique retreat.
Large living areas with unique wooden furnishings are spacious, airy and command a view of the patio which open on to the jacuzzi and large swimming pool over looking the 12th fairway of the golf course.
The villa is ventilated by both traditional ceiling fans and modern split unit air-conditioning.
An ultra-modern fully equipped kitchen ensures that your catering needs are fully met.
4 cosy bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and walk-in closets. 2 Master bedrooms each with queen size beds, royal bathtubs and separate enclosed glass showers. Each bedroom has its own balcony which opens up to the outdoor swimming pool & jacuzzi, situated on 2000 M2 of manicured lawn and garden, looking on to the golf course with its palm tress and golden sunsets.

We had the most fantastic holiday, the villa was beautiful in a perfect setting, the facilities within the villa were excellant with everything that we could possible need and more, our only initial concern was when the builders turned up on the unfinished villa next door at 7.30am this obviously caused us some worries but in reality we hardly knew they were there, and when it is is finished it will only add to the lovely surrroundings. We will definately be coming back and would definately book Villa San Souci again

A large private spacious house in the country - exactly as advertised. Lots of room and a good kitchen for cooking if you are inclined.
We enjoyed the ability to get out of the big tourist cities, and the local Italians were very friendly.
The house is well situated for day trips to the mountains for hiking (Campitella di Matese), archeological tours of Roman ruins (Altilia) or a trip to the beach (Adriatic).
