This luxury 3 bed private pool villa is extremely well equipped with beautiful outdoors dining/sitting areas and a large private pool.
Overview
This villa is in a an wonderfully peaceful location, set in secure private grounds with only a small handful of similar villas, yet only a moments walk to many great bars, restaurants and shops.
The main Villa is on one side of the pool, and the 2 guest apartments(optional extra) which are both fully self contained are on the other, with a beautiful shaded terrace connecting the 2.
In the middle of Peaceful Rawai Village, one of the most sought after areas in Phuket, we are only 1km from Rawai Beach and 2Km from amazing Nai Harn Beach.
Rawai is also a great staging point for visiting many of Phukets idyllic islands. You will feel at home the moment you walk through the door here and be ready to have a great holiday.
THE COCONUTS VILLA is a gorgeous villa, beautifully furnished and fully air conditioned with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms(1 en-suite), a spacious open plan living room/kitchen and a beautiful outdoor dining patio overlooking the large Private Pool.
Situated in a secluded Private Courtyard ,in the beautiful grounds of "Coconut Paradise". Beautifully lit at night - a little piece of Paradise where we know that it's the little details that count!
The Terrace beside the Pool is well furnished with Rattan Sofas and Armchairs - a great spot to relax in the shade - plus Sunloungers to enjoy the wonderful sunshine!
The Villa has wireless ADSL Internet Connection - and is also "Toddler Friendly"

Had an excellent stay in this Villa. Phil greeted us and took us around the area to show us some regular tourist spots and night-life areas. We were welcomed with beer, muffins and cereal which was excellent. Having your own pool is always good and it was extremely quiet which is good for relaxing.
Our only issue was the mosquitoes (which is of no fault of the owners). It may be that just because of being close to a pool in a not so populated area they seem to be everywhere. There are coils and a zapper provided though which were put to great use.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else to do the same.

Was everything that you would expect from a tropical villa. The pool was llovely and the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. We wished we had spent the entire two weeks here and not moved to another property further North. This was pre-booked. I would recommend a hire car to reach the towns surrounding the property but there was a courtesy bus each day . We were given a local tour by Chris and this is a very welcome trip at the beginning of the stay.

"Exciting adventure" Phil, Chris and Sue, We live in paradise at Coffs Harbour but this is our second paradise. We made the right decision to stay here away from the madness of Phuket and Patong. Everything you suggested we did! Your personalised service was 5 Star and made our first Thailand experience so wonderful that we will be back next year and look forward to staying in your beautiful Villa. "Amazing villa in paradise" Coconut Villas are everything it says it is and more. Quiet and secluded they are beautifully appointed and superbly maintained. The Walkers look after you very well and clearly care for their clients. The information packs in each villa are very comprehensive, accurate and very helpful and the local travel agent, Pla, comes highly recommended, rightly so, by the Walkers. Although within easy reach of beaches you would be wise to hire some transport as it will be cheaper than taxis. In all we had the most amazing family holiday and Sue and Philip could not have been more welcoming. We will be back!
"Another trip to Paradise" We returned to "The Coconuts" for our second stay and for us that is rare to stay in the same place twice and even better we intend to make it 3. If you want to have a bit of luxury in a quieter area of Phuket then you couldnt choose a better location than this. Not only are the team very helpful and friendly the local residents of Rawai are delightful, happy and friendly. An all round 5 star holiday.
"Family haven" Coconut villas offers a perfect getaway from Singapore. The villa is in fantastic condition, clean & well kept, comfortable nicely decorated bedrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with provisions on arrival - which was a magic touch. The private pool and secluded gardens are perfect for both sun and shade. The owners are warm, provided great service including a quick tour of the surrounding area - pointing out the better eateries and places to go, they also helped set-up the car hire and transfers to and from the airport... all of which helped to make a great holiday... all in - we fully recommend Coconut Villas, we had a relaxing enjoyable time and hopefully will be back sooner rather than later.
