Overview
The villa is open plan with 3 large bedrooms all with air-conditioning.
Bedrooms:
1) Master bedroom with kingsized bed, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, TV and DVD player. There is a double wardrobe, matching vanity unit and large chest of drawers. Beside the bed are 2 bedside cabinets with beside lamps and ceiling fan.
2) Large bedroom with kingsized bed, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, TV and DVD player. There is a triple wardrobe, vanity unit and large tv unit. There is also two bedside cabinets with lamps and ceiling fan.
3) Twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom, TV and DVD player. There is a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets with lamps and ceiling fan.
Kitchen:
There is a fully equipped european kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven. For the larger family the rice cooker can feed up to 6 people and a large assortment of cooking utensils such as toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, espresso percolator and an assortment of cutlery, glasses and crockery will also be available.

This Villa is excellent for families, as the Pool room has a full sized pool table, dart board and a good selection of dvd's
On the terrace there is a table and four chairs and a seating area with settee and 3 armchairs.
The BBQ area has BBQ and seating for 6 people which is lovely if you want the breeze from the hills.. There is also a refrigeration to keep those beers cool in the evening.
Outside there is a private salt water pool and spa with outdoor rain shower. Also a sunbathing area with 4 sun loungers.
Added facilities:
Clubhouse with gym, internet, large communal pool, which you have full complimentary use of during your stay.
Villa is cleaned once a week and bed change is every 7 days
Gardeners to keep the plants and garden area in prime condition.
Pool cleaning 3 times weekly.
Free wireless internet access at the villa.

There will be a meet & greet service at the villa
There is also a moped on site which can be rented out for 200 baht per day
Electricity: Meter reading will be taken on arrival and will be charged at 6 baht per unit after free 40baht per day

Excellent holiday, villa superb, very "welcome" welcome pack after long delayed flight, everything we expected from this holiday. A special thank you to Martin and John who look after the villa for their help and assistance, highly recommend Willi the tour guide who is worth the money just for entertainment value and who also helped us find a hire car and a big thank you to Jackie and family for the use of there lovely home. The villa is superb we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You have thought of everything to make it a home from home down to the very last detail.
It is clean and well maintained as is the rest of the site.
The villa is situated quite some distance from the main road and also Hua Hin itself so some form of transport is strongly recommended.
Your villa has provided us with the relaxing break we so needed.

The property was good and well maintained with an accurate description. You definitely need to have transport as it is located outside the town but this was recommended by the owners and not a surprise to us. The location actually became a strength of the property as there were several great and cheap restaurants in the local area of the villa which are highly recommended. The use of the clubhouse pool was really good as the house pool is great for a dip to cool off but not large enough for a swim so when we felt the need we could stroll down to the clubhouse pool which was vast and well maintained. We also enjoyed the food at the clubhouse cafe. All in all this was a good holiday and the villa was nice.

Disappointed sala had not been cleaned to dirty to use .The rest of the villa was beautiful TV not working but there plenty of DVD if we had wanted them .Actually enjoyed playing board games .If we come again we would hire a car as we felt isolated without one. Communal pool lovely.All in all we had a lovely holiday

This property is excellent for families. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, TV and DVD. In the Lounge you will find Satellite TV along with a large selection of DVD’s and FREE WIFI. The pool room comes with a pool table and dart board and a selection of games which will keep the children entertained for hours. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, but for a few extra baht there is a laundry in the village that wash, dry and iron clothes.
