House description:
The two-story house has a ground floor with an open architecture style with bar kitchen, dining- and living-room with folding doors towards a large terrace.
On the first floor there are three large bed rooms with private bathrooms and individual air conditioning.
By the 15 meters long swimming pool two main houses are allocated. The large two-story house is for rent.
The golf cart is at your disposal when renting our house, practical to use within Palm Hills area.
In the back you find a "maid house". Here is the thai kitchen, extra fridge for all drinks and storage for golf clubs etc.
In the tropical garden of 2000m2 there are coconut palms, mango, papaya etc.
Hua Hin
Hua Hin is the oldest resort in Thailand. It has been a holiday destination for Thais, long before the tourists from abroad began to come.
Hua Hin is an old fishing village. Here is still a port for fishing boats and a pier to fish from. It's fishing tradition shows it self in the many restaurant menus.
Hua Hin offers a beautiful nature with many world class golf courses. The daytime shopping is supplemented by the colourful night market in the center of town. The old Railroad Hotel allows you to go back in time and enjoy afternoon tea or dinner on the shores of the Bay.

Quite simply an excellent property offering outstanding value for money considering I have rented a property in the same location 2 years ago for over 3 times the price.
The villa is remarkably well equiped with what my wife described as her "ideal kitchen" Being a restaurant owner she should know a thing or 2 about kitchens.
A very large pool with well kept gardens and a wonderful relaxing view over the golf course at the rear of the property.
This villa was thoroughly enjoyed by three generations of the same family and comes highly recommended at this price point.

We had the perfect holidays. The house is even more beautiful then on the pictures. Eva is a great host, we got fruits and homemade products as welcome gift. She answered all questions very fast. We where there with two small children snd they enjoyed it very much. They had more than enough space to play and run arround. We only can highly recommend the house and Eva
Wir waren mit 6 Personen in Ca Na Eva. Das Haus hat in allen Punkten der Beschreibung entsprochen. Es war deutlich besser als wir erwartet haben da die Räume sehr liebevoll eingerichtet waren und es in der Küche an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind super gepflegt. Ein absolutes Highlight.
Spent a weekend here and it was perfect. Beautiful house with an amazing view. The pool was so great we didn't even feel the need to go to the beach. The house has a well stocked kitchen and everything is very clean. Woo!
