Beautiful Courtyard Villa In Phuket

We had 8 ppl and were very enjoyable in the villa during our holiday, specially in the sitting room and private pools, very relaxing and I felt like I stayed at home. The villa looks exactly the same as the photos and the price is reasonable. Sure that I will come again when back to Phuket for holiday and will stay longer, 5 days is really not enough to enjoy the villa. Finally, I need to say “Big thanks” to the owner (Mr. Herriot), he is very helpful and gentlemen. Again, thanks for your arrangement. We had a great trip.

We spent 4 nights at Jah Villa in February 2013 and we were very pleased with the choice that we made. The villa is well designed with 3 bedrooms spread across two separate buildings with a third building housing a very large living space, dining area and fully equipped kitchen and washroom. I think that the main building was renovated in early 2012 and as such it is in a great condition with high ceilings, designer lighting and high quality furnishings. The garden is well maintained and has some stunning plants, the pool is a decent size that you can actually have a proper swim in and our children simply couldn’t have been happier with both. The disco lights in the pool also added to the whole experience! We ate at the clubhouses most days and on occasion we had breakfasts delivered which they did at no additional cost which was great (and very lazy on our part!). We spent a lot more time in the villa than we had originally planned to, it was so peaceful (although we were just 10 minutes from the bright lights of Patong, the location is particularly quiet at night which was great for our group). The owner was very responsive to all of our requests and he organised minibus airport transfers, discounted golf at Red Mountain and he even arranged for the fridge and cupboards to be stocked with our shopping list ahead of our arrival which was really helpful given that we arrived in the evening. The maids and security guards were all very friendly and loved the children. It was no problem for us to organise taxis with the management office directly next door to the villa, we didn’t hire a car but for groups wanting to do more exploration around the island it would probably be a good idea. Highly recommended!

Its just far enough away from Pa Tong to not be caught up in all the craziness but close enough that you can get there in fifteen minutes. The staff are on hand 24 x 7 and were able to help us with fluent English speaking drivers and places to go and see that were off the proverbial path. The Villa itself is cool - its actually three buildings wrapping around the pool area and has all the amenities you might need, including a washing machine. The owner was really easy to deal with and took great lengths to make sure everything was ready for our stay - including a shuttle from the airport for us! We would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent holiday at Loch Palm.We hadnt rented in Thailand before but the owner was extremely helpful and was very prompt in answering any questions we had by e-mail. Transfers from the airport were arranged for us and our shopping, which we had ordered prior to departure was waiting at the villa on arrival. The villa was beautiful. A luxurious home away from home.We wanted a relaxing holiday in the sun and the courtyard area with its very good sized pool was perfect for this. We didnt hire a car but would probably do so next time, however taxis could be arranged very easily from the office which was just next door. The office staff were very helpful and could answer any queries we had. The golf club restaurant was a 5 min walk away and was fine for a meal on the evenings we didnt want to go too far. The villas location means that you are a 10 minute taxi ride away from amenities and night life but are in a very peaceful location, which was just what we were looking for, We had an excellent holiday, and when compared to prices for a hotel with similar facilities renting the villa was very good value.

We spent a fantastic week at this beautiful villa which has a very relaxed atmosphere. Even as a group of six it felt very spacious and due to its courtyard design we never felt on top of each other. The pool area/garden is lovely and immaculately kept. We found Herriot the owner was very helpful advising on things to see and do as well as recommending a fantastic driver who lives nearly who is always keen to help.

All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. 6 of us spent a week in the villa which is located on 2 beautiful golf courses. The location is perfect with the owners driver there in a flash when you want to reach the nearby beaches or town. I would recommend this villa to anybody looking to spend a great holiday in Phuket.

We had an excellent 10 day stay at this well appointed Villa, it is convienently placed on the island near Patong and Phuket town.The management team were very helpful and and obliging to our needs.The Villa is nicely decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room to unpack and unwind.The kitchen has everything you needThe area is quiet and you do not get disturbed apart from the frogs and crickets at night.The pool is excellent and very clean and the garden is nice to sit and relax.Thanks for making it a very special holiday and we can't wait to come back.
