The Glasshouse Phuket is a secluded architect-designed luxury 6-bedroom pool villa with panoramic sunset views of Chalong Bay, a short walk to the unspoiled beaches of Khao Khad & Ao Yon.

Overview

The perfect secluded setting for a relaxed and private experience with family or friends. Nestled into the jungle and set in an area of 1,140sqm, this modern house provides some of the best sea-views available in Phuket. Located on a small peninsula, the villa is just a few minutes walk from two beautiful beaches; Ao Yon (east-facing) and Khao Khad (west-facing). Both beaches are in sheltered bays making them perfect for swimming all year round.

There is only one Glasshouse Phuket and we have 6 bedrooms. There are 2 listings on this site for our villa:

6 Bedroom option:
We can accommodate up to 20 guests (maximum 18 adults) using all of our 6 bedrooms.

4 Bedroom option (this listing):
We rent the villa to groups of up to 8 guests using only 4 bedrooms.

Children up to 2 years are welcome and don't count towards the maximum.

Guests always have exclusive and private use of all our facilities which includes the large open plan living space, a private swimming pool, garden, en-suite bathrooms for all bedrooms, guest WC, outside shower, Thai and western kitchens, carport and terrace.

We can arrange whatever additional services you need to make your stay as indulgent as you'd like such as a chef to prepare your meals, maids to clean the villa, in-house massage, nanny/babysitter etc.

The private and romantic setting with stunning views across the bay makes it a perfect location for a special event. We've hosted a number of weddings and other events at the Glasshouse and can help with any special arrangements.

The exterior of this architect-designed home is set among landscaped gardens with a 10m infinity pool with jacuzzi as the centrepiece. A Thai style sala is the perfect place to shelter from the sun or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets across the bay.

The interior of the home is equipped with high quality locally sourced furniture and fittings that will make your experience a luxurious one. Whilst in touch with the surrounding nature, the house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet throughout, multi-room sound system, 50' TV/home theatre.

Living Area: The spacious open planned living space with panoramic views of Chalong bay spans the entire width of the property and opens directly on to the pool terrace and sala. It includes a dining area, accommodating 16 for formal dining, a TV den with state of the art audio-visual entertainment system and a double-height sitting area. The open design merges with the pool terrace making it ideal for informal, alfresco eating, entertaining or just relaxing. The living space extends upstairs where we have a full-sized table tennis table, an office desk in case you have to work and an outside balcony with a circular day bed. Perfect for meditation, reading or a place for the kids to play.

Stay relaxed, fit & healthy; we have 2 yoga mats and resistance bands and ropes.

An open-planned European style kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of brand-name appliances including Smeg gas range, espresso machine, juice blender, microwave and American size double door fridge-freezer with ice maker/dispenser). An adjacent Thai kitchen with Smeg gas stove complements the interior space. Breakfast bar with marble top provides an additional social hub.

The 5th & 6th bedrooms have separate access and are only suitable for small children if accompanied by adults or older children.

Parking & Security: The Glasshouse has an electric gate and an alarm system. There is a sheltered carport with space for 2 cars inside the gate.

Outdoor Space: The house is set among landscaped tropical gardens connected by stone pathways and dotted with several terraced areas. The 10m infinity pool is the centrepiece and includes a jacuzzi for the ultimate indulgence, day or night. Loungers on the poolside are perfect for soaking up the sun or move to the Thai style sala with its sofas and coffee table for some shade. The sala has speakers wired to the multi-room sound system so that you can enjoy chill-out music by the pool, or perhaps something more lively with cocktails as you watch the sun go down. An outside barbecue provides another option for dining/entertaining. Outside seating includes; 8 poolside loungers, sofa for 6 in the sala, 4 bar stools.

The Cape Panwa area of Phuket is perhaps one of the island's best-kept secrets. The villa is situated on a small peninsula and close to two separate beaches, each just a few minutes walk away. Khao Khad is 1-2 minutes walk from the villa with nearly 1km stretch of beach. It’s undeveloped with just a few beach bars and restaurants. Most guests prefer Ao Yon beach which is 2-3 minutes walk and is also quiet and undeveloped. Both beaches are relatively sheltered and don’t have the high waves and rip tides that the west coast beaches experience.

All the essential amenities you need to make your stay convenient, comfortable and indulgent are just a short walk away. There’s a 7-11 convenience store just 30 metres from the Glasshouse and a Family Mart is about 250 metres away. Both are open 24 hours, have an ATM and a wide range of products including drinks, ice, snacks, confectionery, ice cream, toiletries, and other essentials. They also sell alcohol during permitted hours (11am-2pm, 5pm-midnight).

If you want to explore further afield, it's easy to get around with local taxi vans (can generally accommodate 10-12 passengers)

The nearest outdoor food markets are in Borae, a nearby village. One is open all day and the other, slightly closer and more interesting, is open late afternoon to early evening. These sell fruit, vegetables, fresh fish, meat & cooked food as well as Thai desserts and other local products. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away in Makham Bay.

Phuket attractions that are within 5-10 minutes of the Glasshouse include Phuket Aquarium, Ao Yon waterfall, Khao Khad Tower & Viewpoint, and Tarzan Adventure. Water-based activities such as kayaking, sailing, snorkeling & diving start out from Ao Yon beach.

Phuket's other attractions are scattered across the island and most places you'd want to visit are within a 15-45 minute drive.

The big international style supermarkets in Phuket Central are about 15-20 minutes away. If there’s something very specific that you need, Central Food Hall at Floresta has a world-class range of imported products.

The villa is always offered with exclusive use of the house, pool, and gardens.

To encourage responsible use of aircon, we include an electricity allowance which is sufficient to run the house & pool with moderate use of aircon. Any electricity used over the allowance is charged at cost price +5%.

Best vacation ever!
Me, my wife and our little son of 2.5, stayed in the Glasshouse for 4 weeks over xmas and New Year 2011/2012. We are from Sweden and was looking for a change from the cold and hard winter season in Scandinavia.
The location is a little bit off from the regular tourist areas, which is great! Compared to Patong and Karon beach, which are packed with tourists, the two beaches next to the house are virtually empty. The beaches are 100 and 200 meters away from the house, so very easy access. I preferred the one furthest away, it was less debris and very beautiful.
The house is fantastic and the view amazing. The pictures are true and give a good view of the place and its surroundings. There are some close by restaurants if you do not want to go into Phuket city for dinner. The best choice, we found, was to order from a local restaurant, they delivered within 30 min to the door.
The owner has a property manager, khun Pond, who, together with her team, gives a first class service. She can answer most of the enquiries and is also very helpful in whatever you need. If there for some reason is a problem they fix it immediately. Top class!
We also asked for cooking service on xmas eve and New Years eve, arrange by the property manager, which was over and beyond normal quality. Khun Pond also arranged for a masseuse to visit at regular intervals, very nice and relaxing.
We had a rental car, so it was very easy to access all things needed. I would recommend a rental, but there is also high availability of taxi service in Phuket.
All in all we were looking for a luxury vacation and that is what we found. I strongly recommend this property to anyone seeking this type of vacation spot.
I have already tried to book it again for next xmas, but unfortunately it is already booked by someone with the same opinion of the place as me.
Thanks Bradley, khun Pond, khun JoJo and the rest of the team for giving us a remarkably relaxing and good time in Phuket!
Andreas, Anna and little Leo!

Just got home to the UK with wonderful memories of the Glasshouse. It was our second visit and it was every bit as good as we’d remembered. The house is so uplifting! The space is enormous and fantastically bright and airy. All the main rooms look out over the beautiful pool from which you look out over the gorgeous bay and palm trees. It’s idyllic! Around the pool there’s are shaded spaces, a barbecue, loungers and a great music system - everything you could want! Kun Pond who’d looked after us so well on our first trip was still there and made sure everything ran really smoothly again. The house still feels so secluded but since our last trip, there are a few more restaurants a gentle stroll from the house which was great, and a 7/11 around the corner for any bits and pieces we needed. Thanks to Bradley for such clear communication in the run up to our stay. We’re looking forward to the next time!

Big and stylish villa , great location near the beach and very quite and great pool to spend the afternoon in. We stayed in the glass house 9 adults , 3 kids and a baby and we had plenty of room for all of us , the view from the villa pool is great and the location is very quite , less than 5 min walk to the beach With shops and restaurants near the villa , suitable for big family highly recommended.

Bradley and his team have thought about all of the little details to make this an exceptional experience. This included great communication with us, tips for staying in Thailand and resources at the house. AND the house is amazing! Our entire family stayed and we had an exception week that will be hard to top!!! Our sincere thank you for making Thailand special for us!

Wonderful location in Panwa- Fantastic family villa with great infinity pool and awesome views of the sea. The 6 bedrooms was perfect for my the whole family. On-site Manager ensures is everything is taken care of from the moment you arrive. They leave you alone to relax but are just a phone call away if needed. On call driver next door with spacious van to take you anywhere you need to go at very fair prices. We used him to go to Patong, Island tour and to take us to dinner a few times....excellent service. Chef can be booked for the day so you can just chill out with the family. Really enjoyed this option for my 60th birthday party and the food was fantastic!!! Restaurants and bars within walking distance. 7-11 and great massage are located right outside the villa (3 min walk) Other options are just a short drive via the van service. Hand-on owner Bradley was very easy to deal with and the communication from him prior to our arrival was outstanding. We look forward to returning to the Glass House in Beautiful Phuket.

The Glass House is fantastic for extended family bonding. We were a party of 16 covering 3 generations of an extended family. We had most of our meals in-house prepared by a wonderful chef Khun Nui. Nothing beats the view from the swimming pool and living room. You can see not only the sea but also the Giant Buddha at a distance. The 7 eleven store just a few steps away from the Villa is really a convenient, convenient store “always close but never close”.

I had such a good time here, celebrating an important milestone ; my transition from Season 5 to Season 6. Friends and family came to stay in this gorgeous, spacious and airy villa. I had the master bedroom, which was bigger than my first apartment back home. Every day I woke up and swam in the pool, admiring the stunning view over the bay. The kitchen and dining facilities are excellent, and we cooked on a couple of days, but we were able to book a chef service, which produced three amazing meals, particularly the lunch on the day of my birthday, which was beyond delicious. The villa is quite well situated - away from the road but within easy walking of a pharmacy, massage outlets and restaurants. The local 7-11 is close and open 24 hours. If you want to get to Patpong and the nightlife there, it is quite a long drive, and you need to hire a van, but if you're with a group or family like I was, then the Glasshouse and the local area has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

We didn’t think it was possible, but our return trip to the Glasshouse after 8 years was even better than before! The area has more shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk so you get the best of both worlds now - a secluded oasis to relax and watch the spectacular sunsets from the pool and interesting places to explore when you go out. All the attention to detail - from the check-in to recommendations for food, local markets to explore, and excursions around the island - made the entire trip feel very personalised for our special birthday celebration. We even had a private chef for a couple of nights who cooked in the outdoor kitchen and made some delicious local Thai dishes that we are still savouring! We were there during the low season, so expect a few tropical thunderstorms (a welcome relief from the heat and humidity). You’ll still get gorgeous weather most of the time. And no matter what time of year you go the Glasshouse is a great value with 6 en suite rooms (get ready to fight for the master BR!) and a private beach to walk along. The Glasshouse is a great place to stay if you want to avoid the touristy and tacky parts of the island. Best in Phuket!

The villa is located on Panwa Cape with lush rainforest / jungle in the back, a stunning view of the bay and eastern coastline of Phuket with the crown jewel being a view of the Big Bhudda statue. It is walking distance away from two separate beaches - Ao Yon (east) and Khao Khad (west). We spent a lot of time on Khao Khad, taking morning walks, though there is little room to walk on the beach during high tide. Personally, it made the walk more fun. There are massage parlors, restaurants, scooter rentals, cafes and even a 7-11 within walking distance. The only negative would be if you are interested in Patong Beach area or Phuket Town there is a drive associated with either location. Patong Beach being 30-40 minutes away and Phuket Town being 20-30 minutes away. The area of the villa is quiet and gives a very laid back feel to it. Our experience with the villa started when we booked the villa. Bradley, the owner of the villa, was extremely helpfully in figuring out the ins and outs of the area as well as working with the manager and chef in Phuket. We were a party of 15 people (10 Adults and 5 Teenagers) and were going to stay at the villa for 7 nights. We had arranged a rental bus (Toyota Commuter) to ferry us around for the week. There was ample parking space for it in the villa. We arrived quite early at the villa and had been given permission to check-in early by Bradley. The villa is gorgeously decorated. Each room is stunning in it’s own right and taken together is amazing. The piece de resistance however is the patio and pool area which gave the stunning views mentioned above. We ended up spending a lot of time there. The teenagers enjoyed having their own room, wifi, the ping-pong table upstairs and of course the pool. They ended up using the gazebo more than the adults in the party as the speakers were on Apple Play. We had arranged for the first days two meals to be created by the chef. We loved his preparations of Italian food we had for lunch and of course the Thai food for dinner was spectacular especially considering our whole party was vegetarian. The only reason we didn’t repeat the chef was that we planned to be out and about in the evenings. Really, all you can say about the Glasshouse in Phuket is Absolutely Amazing. From the service by Bradley (the owner) to the manager (Khun Pond) to the chef they provided, to the villa itself - it was in the lap of luxury.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Phuket that is great for spending time with family or friends look no further. The Villa itself is stunning, great views in a superb setting. From the Villa there is a perfect view of the "Big Budda" on the mountain top from the poolside. The Villa is a home away from home with everything you need. All staff went above and beyond to assure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Let's start with Khun Pond, the house manager. She is seriously one of the sweetest women you would ever meet. Very polite, professional and solution minded although we really didnt encounter any issues whatsoever. Khun Man the driver is the absolute best, very professional, punctual, great personality. The price for transportation for our party of 9 was reasonable. For one flat rate for the day you can do a tour on a budget which works out to be more budget friendly than paying a tour company. His recommendations were great being that we didnt know much about Phuket. He was also a safe driver which is important. We also opt to book with the tour company next to 7 Eleven with Mr. Bao who offered great rates with reputable tour companies for activities much further away from the Villa. The Chef referred by Mr. Bradley was excellent, the food was amazing and worth every penny. If you have a large party its worth hiring the Chef, he will do all the shopping, food prep, set up and clean up. I could go on and on of how amazing our overall experience was, but you have to experience it for yourself, but I tell you one thing, you will not regret it. We look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you Bradley his staff for providing excellent service to the max. Till we meet

The property was amazing and lived up to the description in every way. The chef, Nui, we hired through Bradley was fantastic and produced the BEST Thai food any of us have ever tasted. It was such a bonus not to worry about shopping, cooking and washing up. Bradley was easy to communicate with right from the very beginning, he was very prompt in replying and helpful in providing information. The villa manager was also extremely responsive to any request or query we had. It all made for being a fantastic holiday and it exceeded our expectations for a family reunion.

We were a group of 3 families with 5 kids aged 1-4 and we had a fantastic time at The Glasshouse. Everything from the airport pick-up onwards was super easy and highly enjoyable. The house itself with its fantastic pool is modern, high-tech, clean, spacious, and well kitted out with everything you'll need and then some, e.g. we set the kids up with Netflix in the living room whilst the adults had a table tennis tournament upstairs. In the late afternoons with the sun setting across the bay it really was superb and we ate dinner on the terrace most nights. The location is fantastic, away from the hordes on the bigger beaches of Phuket, but with a choice of East or West facing beaches (replete with beach bars and restaurants) just a couple of minutes walk from the door. There are numerous tour agents and taxis around and the villa management also did a great job helping us plan what few trips out we did take. A supermarket is literally next door and there are plenty of restaurants nearby too. I would heartily recommend booking the chefs for the day. We ate like kings and they were wonderful, even bringing us in fresh fruit supplies for the following days. We would have liked to have had them back again but they were (unsurprisingly) already booked elsewhere unfortunately.

Melissa Mar 2019

Our experience was AMAZING!!!!! The house was beautiful in pictures and even more beautiful in person. We had a group of 14 ladies and we all slept comforably in the villa. The owner did a very good job informing us of all the amenities they offer. We utilized the Chef who was super accommodating and the food was GREAT!!! The taxi service was readily available, just be sure to call 1-2hrs in advance, Khun Pond (villa manager) and the owner Bradley communicated very well with us prior to our arrival. Prior to our arrival we arranged massages at the villa and the ladies came with 5-6 Masseuses which was perfect for our large group. The air conditioning was not an issue, we did go over a tad bit but as long as the doors are open then be sure to turn the air conditioning off. The pool area has its own speakers and lights inside the pool for night swim and there are two grills on the patio. 7/11 is directly behind the house and their is an ATM and money exchange right behind the house. I would advise you not to exchange your money in China (if this is your layover) at all, as there are NO FEES to exchange over in Thailand.

Our stay at Glasshouse Phuket was a wonderful experience. The property is very elegant and comfortable, located in a beautiful part of the island away from the noise of Patong and other touristy places, with a unique local vibe. The villa is itself very private and offers lush views of the bay below, especially beautiful during sunset. The owner was very friendly and attentive, replied fast and offered plenty on tips regarding local restaurants, activities and tours. Highly recommended!

Liz Dec 2018

Very well equipped and excellent internal decoration, very comfortable and spacious property. Near two supermarkets and lots of lovely local restaurants and two lovely beaches (away from any noise). Taxi driver available for any further journeys. Pool was good size and refreshing after a relaxing day at th beach. We were certainly use the property again when we visit Thailand.

In the beginning of October 2011 we visited Phuket and stayed for twelve days in Glasshouse villa located in Panwa cape area. Let me start with a process of booking. Although booking can be made online, the payment has to be carried out manually via bank wire. 50% of rent is supposed to be wired at the time of booking and 50% one month prior to arrival. There is also a security deposit taken in cash upon arrival. You would also have a 6000 THB allowance on the electricity. During our twelve-day stay we used twice as much. So it would be a good idea to have some local currency handy when you are checking out to pay the difference. Speaking of electricity, all power points in the house are universal so you dont have to think about any adapters, just go ahead and plug your gadgets in. :-) Speaking of what is included supplies-wise: all bed linen, bathroom and beach towels etc are included and they change them every 3-4 days. All disposables like toilet paper, paper towels and detergents for kitchen and laundry, soap etc are on you. Housekeeping is happening every morning. Location. The villa is located in a quiet area on the southern tip of the island, the Panwa cape. The villa is situated uphill cr 30 meters above the sea level so there is no direct access to the beaches. There are two beaches within walking distance from the villa. We stayed there at the very end of the wet season and the closest beach Khao Khard was unusable all muddy and covered with garbage washed down by rains and washed up by sea tides. The other beach Ao-Yon is five minutes lazy walk down the road. This one is very clean and well-protected from the waves. It is also a small marina with couple of dozen boats anchored and there is a pearl farm in there. This beach we were using during our stay and would never regret it. There are white plastic beach beds available on that beach free of charge. A few words about the villa itself. What you see on the pictures online is actually what you get. It is big. :-) And it is all glass and marble. Three good-size bedrooms with possibility to accommodate an extra single bed for a child if need be in two of them. Fourth bedroom is with two singles and is quite small. It also shares a shower and toilet facilities with one of the bigger bedrooms. I have to say this one was quite noisy because of air-conditioning compressors sitting just outside. So I would not count on this one as on a full-featured bedroom, maximum it is good for is to be a kids room. All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, flat-screen TVs. We would only use one large TV downstairs in the living area though. All but one bedrooms are on the upper floor. One bedroom is on the lower level and has a direct access to the swimming pool. Kitchen, dining area and living area are all on the lower level with direct access to the swimming pool and a garden from the living area, which is very convenient. All furniture is very solid. made of wood and may be quite heavy to move around. Although we didnt have a need for that. :-) Kitchen is well-equipped with most of the essential appliances available and also silver, plates, cups, pods etc. The only big thing missing is a dishwasher. Kitchen sink is quite a monstrous thing and very uncomfortable to use. You basically get wet from waist to toes any time you decide to wash your dishes. It should IMO be replaced with a modern one and a dishwasher. There is also an external kitchenette at the back of main kitchen for cooking outdoors and a mobile BBQ place with LP-gas near the swimming pool. Swimming pool area is nice and spacious with a cozy pavilion by the pool. The pool itself is equipped with jacuzzi. Views from the upper and lower levels and the pool area are across the Chalong bay and quite magnificent, especially on sunsets. The villa is surrounded by a nice and well-groomed garden with walking paths and stairs around the house. There is an internal parking space by the gate for two cars. Loundry is in the basement together with yet another double bedroom and some core facilities like water pumps, main circuit breakers etc. Air-conditioning is something worth beware of in this villa. Even with a mild +32C outside, the master-bedroom air-conditioner started to leak after a while. It may be worse during the hot season so the best way to operate them is to try and lower an internal temperature by one C degree at a time. Say if you have 29C in you master bedroom, set the thing to 28C and wait until it goes down to that reading, then go for 26C etc. Dont go straight for 23C when it is 29C in the room, the compressor will die on you. Happened twice to us. To their respect the maintenance team is quick to fix the breaks and usually very friendly. We didnt have any problems with them. Local taxi master Khun Bao and his family deserve a bunch of special words. This guy and his family live just 50 meters down the drive-way. He is the one who would meet you at the airport on arrival and see you off on your departure. He is also a sort of dedicated taxi drive for villa customers. This was very handy for us since we decided not to rent a car and the villa is quite remote from any sort of entertainment spots. So we would give Khun Bao a call about two hours in advance and hed drive us wherever we wanted to go. Hed also wait for us there and drive us back home if we had such plans. He also has a large mini-van for 10 people so it was very convenient to use his service when we were to go out all together. He would also charge us less that regular taxi prices which was nice. Last but not least, both himself and his family are very friendly folks and we are very thankful for all their help. To conclude, I am not going to waste your time describing pros and cons of having holidays on Phuket, they are mostly pros. :-) We enjoyed sun and warm sea, local cosine, getting to know a bit of a Thai culture, scuba diving and riding speed boats. And since it also was a family and friends gathering, we enjoyed staying at the Glasshouse which definitely added an extra quality to our holidays.

Absolutely awesome! There is so much more that can be said but not much more that needs to be said than that. For two months our family enjoyed the breathtaking views and wonderful Thai hospitality that the Glasshouse afforded us. It was a home away from home in a world that we grew to love. Comfortable, private and beautiful. The only problem I have recommending it, is that it might make it more difficult for us to enjoy it again! Thanks for the memories

we are a group of 5 persons and we wanted a bedroom for each, hence the choice of the villa. Indeed it has 4 wonderful bedrooms : one master bedroom with private bathroom and terrasse, one 2nd bedroom with private terrasse, one 3rd bedroom more common which shares a bathroom with the 2nd bedroom, and a 4th bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the swiming pool. The 5th bedroom is on the basement with private bathroom and private entry. There are TV on 3 of the bedrooms but with dvd only (no tv channels). The TV on the living room has access to satellite tv. A maid cleaned the house every day. And the manager, Mrs Khun Pond, can be joined by mobile phone very easily for any problems. The basement is very very huge ! With a washing machine and a drying machine. The pool is 1.5m deep (same level) with a mini jacuzzi, the sala where we had most of our lunch and dinner is equipped with a music system. Great for relaxing/BBQ around the pool ! From the villa the view is great. On the top of a hill and giving to the west, we have a view to Chalong Bay, and marvelous sunsets. The villa has a quick access to the beach (5mn walk) : sand beach but quite dirty (with cans and bottle necks, from Chalong Bay, certainly !), on the left side of the beach : rocks with crabs and small fishes. There are several restaurants at 15 to 30 mn walk from the villa. But we prefer to cook our meals ourselves. While visiting Phuket Town or Patong we also went to supermarket (Big C, Tesco Lotus) The villa is quite secluded (dont even think of walking to the nearest shop ! 1 hour walk minimum, composed by hills with slopes at 30%). The taxi service just below the villa is quite expensive. So I would advice for another taxi service : Mr Prasat is THE man to contact - very kind, very professional, knowing perfectly the area [he has a guide license], and has reasonable price. (he has his own website : www.Phuket-Taxi-Meter.com) In overall I highly recommend this villa : beautiful villa (the photos are not "photoshoped". No need !) well equipped, wonderful view.

We spend a week at the Glass House and I believe there is no other way to describe the house than absolutely perfect. The house itself, the interior, the surroundings, the beach and the great beach restaurants nearby, the pool, you name it. I actually planned to do some sightseeing and perhaps check out a couple of real estate agents, but ended up spending almost all of my time at the house. Highly recommended for those who really want to take a step back from the rat-race and just simply want to experience what life is all about.

Just said goodbye to the Glasshouse after a fabulous stay. The house itself was magnificent - spacious, airy, beautifully light and elegantly furnished. Its a great space to share with friends or family. The real star of the show was the view from almost everywhere in the house over the pool through the palm trees and across Chalong Bay. Its breath-taking day and night. A big thank you to Khun Pond and her team for looking after the place and us so kindly and efficiently. This was our first visit to Phuket and we loved it, especially the sunset at Prom Tiep, the amazing Big Buddha, the bustle of Phuket old town (with some great restaurants) and driving home back to the calm lushness of Cape Panwa. We loved the local market which is less than 10 minutes drive from the house and the fact that our biggest decision was whether to cook in the internal kitchen, the Thai kitchen at the back or on the huge barbecue by the pool.... Altogether - a treat!

The glasshouse is a beautiful villa in a stunning setting. It's spacious and light inside, surrounded by well maintained grounds full of floral interest year round. It also has a comprehensive entertainment system that delivers music to virtually any part of the house and poolside gazebo. We especially enjoyed sipping cocktails in the infinity pool while watching the sun set over the horizon. The villa is a short walk down to either of two beaches, both fairly quiet though with a number of beach-side restaurants and bars to choose from. A number of interesting activities are within easy reach, including yachting at the other side of the harbor and shopping at Central. It's just as you imagine paradise to be like, and we enjoyed every minute of our two week stay. Highly recommended.

The glasshouse is a beautiful villa in a stunning setting. Its spacious and light inside, surrounded by well maintained grounds. The villa is fantastic offering resort style luxury while providing the comfort and privacy of being in your own home away from home. The sweeping views over Chalong Bay and to the giant Buddha in the west are stunning. While the beaches, markets and other shopping are easy to get to I was more than content floating around the Infinity pool soaking up the tropical surrounds. The Glasshouse was great value for money and exceeded expectations and I have been busy recommending it to friends.

Best place in Phuket- This is a very nice villa with comfortable 4 big rooms. The layout is simply spacious and welcoming, it leads you to the swimming pool and the sun set view straight from the front entrance. The room on the ground floor has the best view to the nature. The kitchen is new and well equipped with essentials. The location is convenience to all shoppings, restaurants and entertainments. Highly recommended to anyone.

I'm originally from the U.K. and now based in Thailand. I've been renting out the Glasshouse for 10 years now and it gives me enormous pleasure to be able to share it with appreciative guests from all over the globe. Many of our guests visit for family gatherings, joint holidays with friends and families and it's always extra special when someone chooses the Glasshouse for their anniversary, birthday or even their wedding trip. I like to make myself available from the first inquiry onwards to offer local advice, arrange any special services that guests may want to book and ensure that all runs smoothly for the duration of the stay. We have a wonderful team based in Phuket who take pride in making our guests feel welcome and it's truly service with a Thai smile.
