Overview
Villa Taling Ngam has a total living area of 400 sq metres / 4303 sq ft. built on an elevated position (200 metres / 570 ft) with a plot size of 900 sq metres. The villa has newly installed Ultra High Speed Fiber Optic (Cat Telecom) Internet connection, with WI-Fi coverage throughout the property (ideal for business executives wishing to keep their finger on the pulse whilst away relaxing in the sun).
This beautiful villa is spacious and tastefully furnished, it provides commanding views of Koh Tan and mainland Thailand.
The villa consists of a master bedroom on the pool level which is decorated in contemporary Thai style. The en- suite bathroom includes Jacuzzi Bath and all further bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and all 3 Double bedrooms feature a TV including NETFLIX.
Spacious open plan living, dining, kitchen, with sliding door access to side sun terrace (60 sq metres), and separate sliding door access to rear terrace & the beautiful private infinity pool, with steps into a shallow section (ideal for kids). The pool is illuminated in the evening by blue LED lighting outside and multicoloured LED lighting under the pool.

I spent Christmas at Villa Taling Ngam with my family and it will be a Christmas never to forget, i can not recommend this property highly enough and also Simeon and his family who are on hand if you need anything at all, the villa was in the most idyllic location and gave us the peace and tranquility we were looking for with views to die for, the villa is large and has all the facilities you could ever require so if anyone is looking for a piece of paradise then this is a villa to seriously consider.

I stayed at the property for three nights at the beginning of the year. The place was excellent and the owner was more than helpful. The pictures dont do the property much justice. I would recommend to anyone especially if you were after a more quite retreat. But your only 15 minutes from places to go out for a night out. But overall the place was fantastic

This palace met all of my holiday desires without compromise & unfortunately Im now in a position where I might spend the rest of my life expecting this sort of standard from all my holidays, which will never be met. From the private, elevated setting with dramatic views over the most gorgeous parts of Samui… to the romantic ambience of the villas aesthetically pleasing internals & externals. Well placed for all the island attractions without the hassle of a resort location & with more of a homely feel added to the recipe. Lazing in the sun by the gorgeous infinity pool with the love of my life & a beer in hand, without a care in the world is a heaven on earth. Sim is a charming host who is highly adept at gauging the needs of a guest. No stone is left unturned & at no stage did Sim fail to meet our needs but is in no way over engaging. The booking went smoothly & when the wheels touched down Sim chauffeured us to the property, pointing out places to explore en route. Exploring Samui in the 4x4 from this base camp was fantastic & I cannot recommend Villa Taling Ngam enough!
