Angel Villa- Groundfloor Of Luxury Villa With Private Garden

The villa was built in 2001, the ground floor was re-designed and refurbished in 2012. All appliances are new. We, myself a german national together with my wife, a Sri Lankan are living in the first floor. Our 20 yrs old son is living now in Germany. We have a Great Dane and a 2 local dogs, which watch over us and the property. They are harmless to good people and children. The ground floor and the private garden are built in a way that the dog's cannot access, except you invite them. All together there are 3 rooms out of that 2 are bedrooms. The bedrooms have direct access to the covered large veranda and the private garden. In the garden is a BBQ place and a waterfall shower, built of granite stones like a cabin. Through the peaceful surrounding we have lots of exotic birds like colibri, king fisher, parrot etc. which are visiting and sometimes breeding in the trees. We offer everyone family connection, but respect it if someone want to be alone.
Through our experience here we can advise you where you find what you are looking for and for a reasonable price. Excursions or round tours, as well as the airport transfer can be arranged for you.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with large concreted king size beds, concreted wall cupboard's as well as Fan's and Air condition's.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, toaster, cutlery and crockery as well all necessary cooking utensils.
2 bathrooms with shower and hot water.
1 large living room, equipped with exclusive furniture has enough space to accommodate the dining area as well.
The whole area including the garden is WiFi enabled.
Our property is around 1000sqm of which around 150sqm is reserved for the private garden belonging to the apartment.

Our apartment can host up to 4 guests. The rates are calculated for that. But if just 1 or 2 guests want to book it, we reduce the daily rate 10 Euro. This is calculated for the usage of just one bedroom.

Beruwela is a coastal fishing village and home to a thriving people of gem merchants. Muslims, Singhalese and Christians live in harmony here. It has some of the best beaches in the island which are perfect for surfing, swimming and fishing. Beruwela is surrounded with paddy fields, lakes, rivers, swamps making it an ideal for boating, bird watching, cycling, enjoying nature and village life. It was part of the Singharaja rainforest (a world heritage site) and one could see parts of it around Beruwela even today. World famous architect Geoffrey Bawa made his home here and created his garden of paradise which one could visit today. One could visit the turtle hatchery and dive into coral reefs of Hikkaduwa which is only a mere half an hour away. One could also see places of worships of all faiths here, churches, temples and mosques are built close to each other. The famous fish market in the harbor takes place every early morning. There huge Tuna's of 3 meter, sharks or other coral fish are sold directly from the boat to re-sellers or private buyers.
