La maison est très surprenante, de beaux espaces avec un jardin agréable avec piscine et très calme. A 5 min à pieds où il y a le parking pour garer la voiture gratuitement vous avez le bus 803 et 805 pour aller en plein centre de Barcelone en 30 min c'est le top pour visiter et faire les boutiques. Nous n'avons donc pas touché à notre voiture pendant le séjour. Il y a aussi la destination pour Mataro en bus. La maison est en plein centre du Villasar De Dalt où vous avez des petits commerces, des restaurants et grandes surfaces. Il y a un bar juste à côté pour le café du matin et/ou l'apéritif du soir. Bon accueil de notre hôte.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and private.

This was our first stay in Vilassar de Dalt and our first experience with Etain and Jake (the hosts), but likely not our last. Jake and Marnie’s place was absolutely great. It was architecturally unique - a 400-year-old structure with a perfect modern 2020s beach vibe hidden in the center of an ancient Catalan town. Behind the house’s closed doors we were in a beach town somewhere and once outside we were walking quaint 16th century Spanish streets with cute shops. It was a perfect Catalunyan getaway. And Jake and Marnie were awesome. We alerted them that we were traveling with a toddler. When we arrived there was a brand new pack and play waiting for us. These guys are clear Super hosts! Highly recommend this listing!

Fantastic house & pool 25 min north of Barcelona. Clean and quit, next to the town square, recomend staying here, but rental car is a must if you'd want to have easy access to Barcelona citycentre..we certainly enjoyed our week to the fullest🙌

Unique property in lovely village Personal approach and tour by host. House and pool are amazing Location close to central square and amenities but still quiet. Floor plan with sleeping downstairs works amazingly with baby Community parking lot has free car (ph)ev charger that works

the location was perfect for what we wanted and needed to enjoy our stay :-) nice village, peaceful and very cute the garden was a little sun trap when the sun was out nice pool to enjoy on them warm days when staying in the villa very responsive owners if you need help with anything :-) even gave us suggestions for restaurants and were helpful

Very lovely, well maintained property that was well equipped and in a great location at the heart of a quiet village near Barcelona. Hosts were very attentive. Nothing not to like - but stairs between the rooms are steep so its not for people with accessibility issues. View your approved response

Marnie est une hôte tres sympatique, le logement est vraiment top (attention, beaucoup de marches d'escalier). Le logement est vraiment tres complet, tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances. La chambre principale est trés spacieuse et chaleureuse. Le patio et la piscine permettent une vraie deconnexion, la proximité des commerces ultra pratique, avec des super petits déjeuner. Merci a Marnie pour son accueil trés chaleureux

A beautifully placed taste of paradise This lovingly restored villa is a wonderful mix of the old and the new. The bathroom and kitchen are stylishly designed, boasting great appliances and the pool is clean and was lovely and warm throughout our stay. The top bedroom Is very cosy and quiet, while the bottom room is spacious and airy. It’s very clean and has been carefully and thoughtfully maintained. Best of all, it’s situated in a really friendly town square, yet because of the thick, old high walls, it feels quiet and secluded when you’re in the house and outside by the pool. We loved the local area and the community. There’s everything you need within walking distance and everyone is very helpful. Any little issues with the villa were dealt with promptly by our approachable hosts and we had a relaxing, comfortable holiday!

La maison est très bien située, au cœur du village (village typique, avec tout le nécessaire sur place - restaurant, supermarché, pharmacie…) L’aménagement de la maison est fait avec goût, la piscine (petite) est suffisante pour se rafraîchir et l’espace autour est bien agencé. Beaucoup de marches qui permettent de faire du sport au quotidien 😉, mais c’est aussi tout le charme de cette maison.

Fantastically restored house off the main square, with easy access to bars, shops and restaurants (including two excellent bakery's for fresh bread, cakes etc). Very quiet location. with a great pool to cool off in. Easy access to the coast - resort of Mataro particularly good for restaurants and also a nice sandy beach. Good train service to Barcelona (only 30mins) from Premia de Mar. Marnie is an excellent host - nothing too much trouble - good recommendations re: local restaurants etc. Check in and out were straightforward. Would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

De prachtige tuin met eigen zwembad met veel privacy. Het dorp heel liefelijke en iedereen is bijzonder vriendelijk.
