Villa Monmar offers a completely private and fully fenced domain of 1000 m2, consisting of three parts.

A unique detached patio (80m2), lockable with awnings, with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (4-burner gas cooker, two-basin sink, giant paella cooker on gas, wood burner with integrated oven, fridge/freezer, extra separate fridge) a spacious lounge, a large dining table with chairs, TV, WIFI, and 2 barbecues. This lovely patio allows our guests to truly enjoy the outdoors during all seasons. The ideal place to spend cosy evenings with those you love and to cook, enjoy and de-stress together.

A lovely pool area with outdoor shower, seating area, loungers, parasols and separate toilet block. The pool (5mx7mx1.50-1.90m) is located between the porch and the villa and offers absolute privacy. An ideal place to quietly enjoy and disconnect from daily worries and routine.

And then, of course, there is the charming villa itself, which offers cosiness and comfort. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers (one of which is en-suite with the master bedroom), a very practical open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction cooker, extractor hood, breakfast corner, and of course all the kitchen utensils you need for cosy cooking together. The very spacious living/salon has a wood-burning stove, a smart TV, a comfortable lounge and an extendable dining table with 8 chairs.

What makes this living space so pleasant is that there are French windows everywhere, giving you views and access to all parts of the terrace, swimming pool and porch. There is a hall that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms and the whole space is very bright and spacious There is good working WIFI and pets are welcome but only after consultation and a small fee must be paid.

Villa Monmar is just a few kilometres from Benamocarra, an Andalusian town with Moorish remains and all the amenities you might need. Restaurants, cafés, banks, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery. Petrol station, ATM, etc…

The multi-award-winning Torre del Mar beach is only 14 km from the house. Beautiful Malaga, gastronomic and cultural pearl of the Costa del Sol, can be reached in half an hour by motorway. All the tourist highlights of unsurpassed Andalusia are within reach during a day trip.
