Villa Carev is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house that can comfortably sleep 4 people and benefits from front and rear gardens with patios and a roof sun terrace which has stunning views of the ocean, Lanzoraote, the mountains and the Origo Mare Development (The sun terrace has two adjustable sun lounges with cushions that are stored indoors) It is fully equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay in this most stunning isolated part of the island, including, wifi, 42" smart TV, c There are communal tennis and paddle courts and a communal swimming pool which does feel like your own private pool.
To make your arrival even more welcoming we can provide you with a welcome pack which will be there ready for you when you arrive, there are 2 options available (Basic & Luxury) and you add either option at checkout (This is not compulsory), these consist of:

Secluded and Picturesque yet close enough to town
Tranquil and homely, its remote enough to be relaxing but close enough to the hustle and bustle to the nearby towns to be convenient so a car is essential when staying at Villa Carev as it is situated in an isolated part of the island but is only a short 6 minute drive to the nearest town of Lajares where there are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and restaurants. It is a little further to Correlejo (12 minutes) where there are a lots and lots of shops, restaurants and bars. A car can be hired and collected straight from the airport and booked through the internet at very reasonable rates.
Why Villa Carev
We bought this property as we fell in love with the development as soon as we saw it. It is so different from anything else on the Island and is in such a beautiful isolated area. Anyone who stays in Villa Carev is getting such value for money and if you are wanting a quiet relaxing holiday yet close enough to towns then you will want to come back to Origo Mare.

had a quiet relaxing week, 1st week in december complex was quiet, maybe 25% occupancy, warm enough to sunbathe on the roof terrace from sunup to sunset, with sun not strong enough to worry about sunburn. first evening we wandered up to the buffet resteraunt with the self service bar, all you want to eat and drink, 5 minute walk away , we returned each evening. ( i appear to have gained 3 kilos in the week)
though the hyperdino in lajares was adequate we thought the one in cotello was better
only problem is we spent soo much time chilling on the roof and the nearby beaches that we saw nothing of the other end of the island.... might have to come again in the spring.

The villa itself is good, basic value for money in the sun. Ideal for two, maybe a squeeze for four. Almost everything provided but some English speaking tv channels and some wine glasses would be welcome.
The complex is very quiet and remote and would certainly benefit from a shop, bar and restaurant. Having said that the nearest facilities are only a short drive away.
Overall - good value for money.
