On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher and many more. There is also a bathroom with bath and toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find a King size bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have large windows making them light and airy with views out to the gardens and the sea. There is a bathroom on the first floor, with bathtub and shower and toilet.
The living room opens out to the large private terrace with dining furniture, sun beds and a large gas bbq facing south with views of the pool and further to the sea. There are steps down to your own private garden which has a gate into the main communual garden and stunning pool.
The beach is only a 400m walk from the house and has the lovely Restaurant Sheriff. The lovely traditional town of La Cala is only a 5 minute walk from the house where you will find many supermarkets including Mercadona, Lidl and Aldi. Also many restaurants and bars. Not forgetting the stunning Blue Flag Beach.
