This lovely property is a built on 3 levels and is semi-detached. It has plenty of space for everyone and with a mixture of beds and bedrooms makes it a super property for slighter larger groups. It shares a large pool and gardens with 10 other properties has private parking (plus street parking). There is a gate leading from the lower part of the community which gives a short cut to the beach, shope and restaurants of Playa de Pals. It is a short drive (10 mins) to the beautiful medieval villages of Begur and Pals. There are two supermarkets with in a 5 mins drive.
The entrance level (where the parking area is) has a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, down stairs to the mid level which has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, together with a dining table. large sitting room and exit to the covered terrace, which in turn leads to the garden and pool area.
The lower level has three further bedrooms and two bathrooms, (1 double with en suite, bathroom, another double bedroom and a bunk bedroom) plus a further bathroom.
T.V (cannot guarantee in what language it will be) / Wifi (Fibre Optic) / Washing-machine / Tumble dryer.
Parking space. Nice community with garden and pool.

We stayed for 2 weeks . It’s a beautiful semidetached house in various floors. It has a lovely pool area in the compound. The house has a beautiful terrace with nice views of mountains. We enjoyed very much the our stay.
Casa situada en una zona tranquila, a pocos minutos en coche de todas las playas de la zona y de los pequeños pueblos tan bonitos del Empordà. La piscina comunitaria es increíble rodeada de césped, casi nos dio la sensación que era una piscina privada, porque nunca había mucha gente. La cocina está muy bien equipada y desde el salón hay salida a una terraza ideal para comer, y desde ella hay unas escaleras para ir a la comunidad.
Environnement calme, cadre et vue, proximité de la plage, nous a plu beaucoup. La maison propre, correcte et avec un welcome pack à notre arrivée, (on apprécie), notre séjour a été très agréable.
