This attractive traditional villa is in Residencial Begur and 15 mins walk from the stunning Mediaeval village of Begur (often viewed as one of the most attractive villages on the Costa Brava).
Overview
This well maintained family house is ideal as a base to fully explore the area at any time of the year. It has heating and air conditioning, plenty of outside space, covered and uncovered terraces and garden space.
The access is via a short staircase from the road, down to a large terrace, covered eating area with fan and BBQ, entrance to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven), split level dining area and sitting room, with TV, and access to the other side of the house to another covered terrace which leads to the garden area. From the kitchen area there is access to the entrance area leading to a bunk bedroom, a “cellar” room which has a chill out space, a double sofa bed, and a large shower room, also access to the garage where the washing machine is located.
The upper level has two further bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other has twin beds, and a family bathroom.
The garage leads to a lower street entrance and more garden and terrace space.

Begur has a large choice of restaurants and independent shops, plus several coves and beaches all within its borders. While it is a 15 min walk to the village the beaches are difficult to get to without a car (there may be local buses available from the village to the beaches during July and August).
