Situated on a quiet urbanisation near to Moraira town & beach.
The villa is of Traditional Spanish style and has very spacious living accommodation, air conditioning and private pool.


** Long lets are available from October until April from only €139 per week (additional booking fee payable extra), utility bills and final clean not included in price, these are payable locally (minimum stay 6 weeks, maximum six months)**.
A beautifully furnished and fully equipped, quiet Spanish style villa with stunning features, sun terraces, pretty gardens, valley and partial sea views, situated close to award winning beaches and centrally located for Moraira, Calpe & Benissa.
We offer a large, light and airy villa with a living area with air conditioning, a feature fire place and open beam style ceiling overlooking the pool with rustic BBQ and outside kitchen.TV with Free to view satellite TV (some of the free to view channels are, bbc1, itv1, itv2, e4, more4, citv, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc) and DVD player. Also a master bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite shower room, second twin bedroom with air conditioning, family bathroom with extra large walk in shower, sink and toilet, dining room, fitted kitchen in traditional Spanish style with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and water filter. There is also a washing machine and clothes line.

The pool is reached through a number of steps, which may not be suitable for all, passing levels of beautiful gardens and terraces featuring colourful plants, flowers, ivy, palms, lemon and fig trees.

Mid-stay change of linen available at a cost £10 / €12 pp
pool towels can be supplied at a cost of £5 / €6 pp. Please bring your own towels if this service is not required.
(End of stay changeover clean is included in the price, however if the villa is found to be in poor condition after your departure and extra cleaning is required there will be an additional charge made)


Moraira is a pretty fishing village, with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The fishermen still go out early in the morning to catch fresh fish to sell later that day at the traditional fish market. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will not be spoilt for a choice of bars or excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach lAmpolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, there are excellent facilities here including childrens play area, restaurants, bar and various watersports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystal clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness.
Moraira also has a very good market weekly with lots of bargains for avid shoppers as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.


Calpe is a coastal town and resort situated approximately 45 minutes drive north of Alicante International Airport. Steeped in history and culture, the Old Town is especially interesting with museums, picturesque little streets and squares with many tapas bars and restaurants. Calpe is a friendly fishing village which sits close to the Rock of Ifach on a hill rising up from the last spurs of the sierra Bernia in the middle of Spains Costa Blanca, a geographical marvel that provides access to the northernmost towns of Alicantes Marina district. It is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches, cliff faces in some areas and an ancient salt mine, which all give the town a peculiar flavour of its own. Calpe is overlooked by the towering Penon de Ifach which juts out into the sea and rises to over 1000 ft.

Lovely house in a fab area, had a brilliant 12 night stay there in August .
So much outside space , it was lovely.would recommend this property , great for families .
Morrai is a lovely town nearby where we went to the beach and ate out.we also ate out locally at a Spanish restaurant and an Italian which were recommended in the book , that was left in the house by the owners.all in all a great place to was also great having a gas BBQ as well as a charcoal BBQ. The lounge is also very spacious , and the kids loved that they could get out of the sun there , watch to and use the wifi! Would go back.

First time we've booked this villa and it was just as described with everything supplied including books and games. Richard and Nicky were great too with lots of advice on short cuts to find restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance.

Loved our stay here, very relaxing with some excellent restaurants . Would benefit from mosquito nets on all the windows thoughand ceiling fans (there was freestanding fans) but we were here in the recent heatwave so it was very hot. Spent hours in the pool daily and would definitely stay here again

Spacious accommodation with good facilities. Great swimming pool large enough to play games and deep enough to dive.Good outside space with BBQ and fridge to save walking back up to the villa for cold drinks. Quiet area with good amenities within walking distance, although the route is hilly. We had a lovely relaxing week here at the end of August. There was plenty of room and very clean. Nikki and Richard were lovely to deal with and the facilities were excellent. Hope to book again in the near future. This is a very traditional spanish villa with a unique "real Spain" feel, it is spacious and there is sun on the pool all day. There are far reaching views, and an easy walk to the small quiet local beaches, (one has a nice liitle chirinquito for snacks and drinks). The house is midway between Calpe and Moraira so there are two choices of the larger busier holiday towns to visit, though there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops along the coast road between them. “Charming & quiet Spanish villa by the coast” 5 out of 5 This was a nice place to stay in a valley just back from the sea. A very traditional Spanish villa but with modern facilities like English TV & a dishwasher. I had an ensuite shower room too in my room. It was a bit tricky to find but I was given some clear instructions. The gardens and pool looked nice (palms, lemon & fig tress, etc.) but I didnt swim. Its very central to Moraira, Calpe & Benissa which I liked because I was travelling around a bit. I was by an English speaking person which helps and he showed me how everything worked. I was on my own but it sleeps six people quite comfortably (three bedrooms). Very pretty and charming. It looks well cared for,inside is newly decorated and a gardener came for a couple of hours (and a chap to clean the pool)."
