The accommodation is of Traditional Spanish style and has very spacious living accommodation, air conditioning and private pool.
Overview
3 bedroom accommodation with air conditioning, the third bedroom being a studio ideal for those wanting a family holiday, but their own, independent & private space.
Beautifully furnished and fully equipped, quiet with stunning features, sun terraces, pretty gardens, valley and partial sea views, situated close to award winning beaches and centrally located for Moraira, Calpe & Benissa.
We offer a large, light and airy accommodation with a living area with air conditioning, overlooking the pool with rustic charcoal BBQ and outside kitchen. Large screen TV with Fire Stick and DVD player. Also a master bedroom with air conditioning, second twin bedroom with air conditioning, family bathroom with extra large walk in shower, sink and toilet, fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob and water filter. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer.
In addition, the third (double)
bedroom is located in an annex separate from the house and benefits from air conditioning and it's own independent, secure entrance, French windows leading to a private garden and additional facilities; ideal for teenagers, or perhaps as a quieter retreat for seniors. Fully equipped with a double bed, large en-suite shower room, microwave, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, TV, free view television system (& DVD player. Both apartment and studio have free WiFi.
The pool is reached through a number of steps, passing levels of beautiful gardens and terraces featuring colourful plants, flowers, ivy, palms, lemon and fig trees.
End of stay changeover clean is included in the price, however if the villa is found to be in poor condition after your departure and extra cleaning is required there will be an additional charge made.
Moraira
Moraira is a pretty fishing village, with strict building regulations in force, so there are no high rise buildings here. The fishermen still go out early in the morning to catch fresh fish to sell later that day at the traditional fish market. The people are renowned for their friendliness and with a coastline that stretches for 8km you will not be spoilt for a choice of bars or excellent restaurants. You can walk along the palm fringed seafront past the castle and numerous beaches, choose from rocks, pebbles or sand. The main sandy beach lAmpolla is situated at the foot of the castle and is patrolled by lifeguards, there are excellent facilities here including children's play area, restaurants, bar and various watersports. El Portet beach also has fine sand and crystal clear water, and has been presented with the Blue Flag Award for cleanliness.
Moraira also has a very good market weekly with lots of bargains for avid shoppers as well as fresh fruit and vegetables.
Calpe
Calpe is a coastal town and resort situated approximately 45 minutes drive north of Alicante International Airport. Steeped in history and culture, the Old Town is especially interesting with museums, picturesque little streets and squares with many tapas bars and restaurants. Calpe is a friendly fishing village which sits close to the Rock of Ifach on a hill rising up from the last spurs of the sierra Bernia in the middle of Spain's Costa Blanca, a geographical marvel that provides access to the northernmost towns of Alicantes Marina district. It is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches, cliff faces in some areas and an ancient salt mine, which all give the town a peculiar flavour of its own. Calpe is overlooked by the towering Penon de Ifach which juts out into the sea and rises to over 1000 ft.

Spacious accommodation with good facilities. Great swimming pool large enough to play games and deep enough to dive.Good outside space with BBQ and fridge to save walking back up to the villa for cold drinks.
Quiet area with good amenities within walking distance, although the route is hilly.
Richard was extremely helpful providing local information and short cuts to the shops etc.

This was a nice place to stay in a valley just back from the sea. A very traditional Spanish villa but with modern facilities like English TV & a dishwasher. I had an ensuite shower room too in my room.
It was a bit tricky to find but I was given some clear instructions. The gardens and pool looked nice (palms, lemon & fig tress, etc.) but I didnt swim. Its very central to Moraira, Calpe & Benissa which I liked because I was travelling around a bit.
I was by an English speaking person which helps and he showed me how everything worked. I was on my own but it sleeps six people quite comfortably (three bedrooms).
Very pretty and charming. It looks well cared for,inside is newly decorated and a gardener came for a couple of hours (and a chap to clean the pool).

We had a lovely relaxing week here at the end of August. There was plenty of room and very clean. Nikki and Richard were lovely to deal with and the facilities were excellent.
Hope to book again in the near future.

This is a very traditional spanish villa with a unique "real Spain" feel, it is spacious and there is sun on the pool all day. There are far reaching views, and an easy walk to the small quiet local beaches, (one has a nice liitle chirinquito for snacks and drinks).
The house is midway between Calpe and Moraira so there are two choices of the larger busier holiday towns to visit, though there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops along the coast road between them.
There was plenty to do here on the days we could drag ourselves away from the pool.
